I am much more in control of my migraines and know how to manage them and how to prevent them with diet and lifestyle changes. I am grateful to Dr. Nissan and his fantastic staff for taking such great care of me. I love that I was able to do virtual visits during the pandemic, but am so glad to be back in person. The massage therapists are fantastic. Heather is my favorite and does an incredible job of relieving all the trouble spots and gives great advice. The office is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this great practice and especially Dr. Nissan and masseuse, Heather.

I'm letting my YELP family know that NTIHN has temporarily moved all of their appointments to the Frisco office due to the pandemic. They have an impressive COVID-19 protocol in place for your protection! If you are immune-compromised, I'm letting you know this office is doing an excellent job of keeping you safe. When I arrived, a note said to wait outside and ring the doorbell. Office staff met me at the door and instructed me to stay on the entry rug. No one was seated in the lobby. She took my temperature and had me fill out a COVID-19 related questionnaire. Everyone in the building was wearing a 3M type medical mask. I was taken straight to an exam room, and instructed to place my personal items in a bag they provided for me. I changed into a gown. As I waited they had a monitor in the room that stated: this room was sanitized with medical-grade wipes between patients, and steamed cleaned last night. We are also utilizing medical-grade air filters throughout the facility to capture a large percentage of airborne COVID-19. Nice! NTINH works as a team, amazing people who definitely go the extra mile. I've been a patient of Dr. Sorins for years, he was the first doctor to take my migraine pain seriously. Eventually, the Botox for migraines is what saved me. I thank the entire team here! Because of Dr Sorin, I'm able to live a normal life. Stay safe.

Because of the office's terrible communication, my sister drove one hour and 30 minutes to get her to this appointment. My sister is my daughter's legal guardian, and we had the paperwork on hand to prove it. They claimed the appointment had to be rescheduled because I was not physically present and was only on the phone. When I spoke to a staff member named Selena to ask where I could immediately send the legal guardianship paperwork, she refused. She falsely claimed that the appointment time had already been passed by 40 minutes, which was completely inaccurate. When I confronted her about the fact that their own scheduling team told us this was fine, Selena admitted that they constantly have problems with their scheduling team. When I asked why they still use them, she casually responded that they "can't just fire them." To top off the entire unprofessional interaction, she repeatedly called me "Mrs. Gordon," which is not my last name. They turned away a child with severe autism who traveled hours for help, all because of their own staff errors and a total refusal to look at legal guardianship papers. At my 2-week post-op appointment and every appointment afterward, I repeatedly tried to explain how intense and persistent the pain was and how concerned I felt about it. Unfortunately, I left those visits feeling unheard and dismissed. I understand recovery from spinal surgery can be difficult and unpredictable, but as a patient, I desperately needed reassurance, guidance, and to feel like my concerns truly mattered. Instead, I personally felt like I was repeatedly told to "wait it out," even as the pain continued month after month. During this process, I was referred by Dr. Kalra to multiple different specialists in an attempt to address the ongoing nerve pain. However, after being evaluated, those doctors ultimately referred me back to Dr. Kalra regarding the issues related to my fusion and recovery. This left me feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn for answers or support. More than a year later, I am still dealing with the same nerve pain that began after surgery. This has significantly affected my quality of life. When I contacted the office again hoping to discuss the ongoing issues I've been experiencing since the fusion, I was informed that I was being dismissed as a patient and later received a certified dismissal letter from the practice. That was incredibly upsetting after trusting this practice with my care and trying for so long to advocate for myself. I'm sharing this only as my personal experience. Every patient's situation is different, but for me, the lack of support and communication during such a painful and vulnerable time was deeply disappointing. I hope future patients feel heard, respected, and taken seriously when expressing concerns about their recovery.

I highly recommend Dr. Dike and his team! Office Manager Shervonha: You are truly a servant leader whose presence resonates long before you speak! Thanks for constantly checking in on us and ensuring everyone was comfortable and updated on statuses while we waited in the clinic. Your presence is comforting. You're a phenomenal leader and the clinic is very blessed to have you! Thank you. My Mom had her new patient appointment on 12/4/25. I want to thank the Affinity Neurocare team for your excellence in care and the patience that was shown as my Mom visited the clinic today. Thank you all so much. From the first interaction with Alexis at the front check-in desk, we felt comfortable and appreciated as clients of Dr. Dike. Alexis is a sweetheart and she was very polite. She's a wonderful first introduction to your clinic! We then met Leah, who is in a league of her own. Leah is awesomeness wrapped in a human body!! Her spirit resonated throughout the clinic. She was sweet and very warm at every interaction with each person we saw her speak with today. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Her smile speaks volumes of how much she enjoys what she does. She spoke very highly of your clinic and your practice, as she should. You guys are amazing. Tommy was another sweetheart. He was very patient as my Mom took her cognitive test today. Unfortunately, Mama had bilateral cataract surgery within the past few weeks and is experiencing some visual issues (which we are praying will subside within the next few months); therefore, some of the test questions were a little difficult for her to see. Tommy was patient and waited for her to feel comfortable before moving to the next questions of the test. Thankfully, he read most of the questions to her. Please thank him for his patience. Dr. Dike took time and listened intently as I went over a plethora of information related to Mama's medical history and some of the alternatives that have proven effective for her. I'm grateful for his patience and his ability to make his patients feel at ease while interacting with him. He listened, asked questions, and took time to understand everything that was being said before attempting to provide next steps for treatment. he did not rush us, cut us off, or rush to leave the room. Being one who facilitates best practice courses for providers and other healthcare professionals, I know that this is not always the case. I found your practice online and prayed over whom we should seek for neuro support, and Dr. Dike did not disappoint! We need more providers like him. Please thank him for his excellence in care. We also met Derrick, who is AMAZING! Derrick is another very professional, very knowledgeable, and very patient young man. He ensured Mama and I were comfortable while administering the ordered tests. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure Mama knew what was expected while taking the tests. He's a phenomenal professional. Please thank him for us. It was a blessing finding Affinity Neurocare and I'm so grateful for the excellent patient service you all provide to our community. Thank you so much for everything you do and for making a positive impact in the lives of our neighbors. It was well worth the drive from Wylie to Frisco to meet you all and I'm grateful to have your gifted hands overseeing Mom's care now. GOD bless you and may you continue to bless others through your gifting.
