I signed up online, for three classes, every other day and enjoyed every minute. The setting is serene in a lush but clean shaded jungle garden out back of a beautiful house with a water feature providing soothing sound energy. Victoria and Lauren were excellent teachers. I recommend both. My last class had a much smaller number of students so Lauren kindly took a little time to provide input on the poses so I can improve. I am enjoying this yoga journey filled with learning, meditation, flexibility, strength and positive vibes. Life is good with Yoga Sanctuary!

Apparently my mother was off her mat doing a balancing pose and was told, "Are you sweating on my carpet?" and "Sweat on your own mat." My mother got on her mat and mentioned she does better off the mat. Instructor replied, "So? We all do." My mother was humiliated and embarrassed. This was not very yoga-like to command people to stay on their mats. I guess I'd be concerned they are not properly disinfecting/cleaning between classes if instructor feels the need to embarrass students who step off their mats. A great yoga instructor makes a student feel at ease and feel welcome. In this case, Marylee fell short of great.

I have been coming to this gym ever since I moved down from Miami. I was looking for a hot yoga…read morestudio and it was difficult to find in the keys. FYT offered hot yoga classes so I came and knew it would be my go to place. I get the studio unlimited membership each month and it is a great deal. I get to do all classes they offer, which includes hot Pilates, barre, HIIT classes, etc. They have classes day and night and the place is always super clean. I drive from big pine to go here almost every day. It's worth it. About once a month they throw events where it's free and welcome to the community. They usually host it at a hotel and they are very well put together and fun. If you're looking for a gym or a hot yoga studio this is the place. The Pilates classes are mat classes and they're really good (hard to get into though you have to sign up way in advance). All of the workout instructors are great and bring the energy.

It was more than we anticipated beyond our yogi dreams. Yoga brunch is the ultimate experience consisting of breath work, sound bath, and a beautiful flow lead by the angelic Ena. We felt right at home with access to a gorgeous space on the water. Ena ensured our private class was memorable in every way. Birthday decorations, handwritten card, homemade desserts and wellness drinks all curated with love in mind. The oracle card reading was the most beautiful and emotional experience of all. A delightful surprise. Ena is nothing short of a lover and a healer meant to share her light with those who seek it most. I just finished receiving a myofasical release massage from 'Bodies in Motion Marathon & Key West'…read morejust over an hour ago. My therapist today traveled to my location & showed up at the exact time we set up the appointment for. The massage table was comfortable, the sheets were very cozy & clean, without a chemical smell or harsh fragrance. She used the organic oil I requested & provided, which I appreciated greatly. The pressure was nice; I enjoy deep/hard pressure. She suggested a slight dynamic exercise of the spine & offered cues for breathwork during some stretching that she started out with, which made the massage feel extra luxurious & very pampering. Our time together was a bit over the 60 minutes that I requested, so she wasn't in a hurry to run out the door, which I like. I must admit, at first, I was a bit taken aback by the price that she quoted me while booking the service, it is slightly more than other therapists in the area, but now after my time with her, I know she has extensive knowledge of the human body & she has perfected her touch to be graceful, soothing, & effective at releasing tension from the muscles, all of which is clearly a result from being very experienced & passionate about what she does, so the service was well worth the price. I would definately invite her into my home again for another session & I plan on doing so in the future.
