Had two implants done by Dr. Kim between 2016-2018. The first one he bragged no other dentist would…read moreconsider doing with my low of bone density but he talked me into it saying he was the "best". 7 years later and the implant has failed and my new dentist has told me after reviewing my original xrays it absolutely should not have been done in the first place. When having my second implant done, Dr Kim incorrectly inserted my IV causing pain all down my arm and keeping me from going to sleep. When I tried to alert him to this he told me to "shut up" or I would "ruin his good work." leaving me awake and in pain for the remainder of the procedure. The only saving grace was the nurse who put the gas mask on me every chance she got, leading to me telling myself I was just a car at the mechanic so the drilling into my face was standard procedure. I am still traumatised by this experience, leaving me shaking and crying for even the most basic dental cleanings. I have sat on this review of his horrible bedside manor wanting to believe he had at least been successful with a difficult case of an implant but now that I am having to spend time, money, and revisit trauma to have it removed it is more clear than ever Dr Kim cares more about his ego than his patients. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND.

Dr. Seaman sent numerous texts to my sister who was speaking on behalf of me due to The medical emergency I was having and needed an advocate - while he was in another state at time of my appt. He claimed she was not accurate in the details of my terrible experience at his office. He wasn't there and I have a witness to the entire ridiculous exchange w his employees. If you want a greedy non caring business owner this is the place for you. Absolutely zero concern for being transparent and also trained his staff to Cover up facts. Appalling

Solid and don't feel screw attachment of implant loosening. I do feel a bit of movement... very very slight and feels like adjusting to its place. They also accept most major insurance providers. The staff is very professional and handles things like checking insurance and scheduling appointments efficiently. As in - no appointment and only the promise to call me when an appointment could be made - which I guess is never. I have tried to follow up with phone calls without sucess. Hold times at the apointment desk been up to 12 minutes. I have never had this experience before. It is not unusual to have to wait weeks for a specialist aoointment, but for the office staff to be unable to set an appointment is brand new to me. So this office is badly run and I suggest you avoid it.

My problem was that one side of my lower jaw was lower than the other side. Dr. Taylor did the best he could to aligned my jaw evenly and adjust it as close as he could without damaging any nerves. I definitely see a difference in my side profile and the frontal view as well. I did not have any complications nor bleeding. The beginning of the recovery was a tad bit hard due to not eating, but it all takes patience. I recommend everyone that needs Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery to go to Terry Taylor.

He is very positive and optimistic in talking with his patients which is very important when dealing with such a scary surgery. He puts you at ease when it comes to surgery and makes it seem effortless. He did a fantastic job with my daughter's double jaw surgery which was a complicated and special circumstance surgery that was lasted 6 1/2 hours. I would definitely recommend him for jaw surgery. I even spoke with one of his residency students who spoke highly of him.

After several readings on where to locate the implant ; Dr. Younan used a free hand method with the skill of Michelangelo or Leonardo de Vince. Dr. Younan was able to save fees by not having to use Zombie cadaver tissue for the implant. Also , Andrew assisted the procedure , and made me feel very comfortable. In addition Jasmine and Christie handled the X-ray duties in a very professional manner. Dr. Babin did a quick drive by and gave her approval. OK since I started working and getting my own insurance I have been searching for a dentist. I have…read morea DMO so I am limited in who I can choose. Last year I chose Monarch Dental, STAY AWAY. This year I changed my selection and chose the NEXT closest dentist to me that WASN'T a big chain. Deborah Phan, DDS just happened to get my business. I went ahead and scheduled my first appointment for my annual checkup. When I first entered I noticed that there was no one else in the waiting room this was both a good and bad sign. Good because that meant my appointment actually was valid here but bad because maybe she was bad and no one was coming here. Luckily, it was just the former and not the ladder. After the initial check up she put on a 2 time program. The first being a deep cleaning and the second would be a polishing and reassessment. The cleaning was one of the smoothest I have ever encountered. I didn't feel any pain throughout the cleaning and she very thorough. I could actually see the difference in my teeth afterwards. This place would deserve 5 stars but I just can't condone 5 stars for such a costly event. I know she doesn't control the costs but Jesus, just imagine if I didn't have insurance. There was one visit where we waited about an hour and a half because he was delayed. We waited patiently for his 5 minute visit. He did not perform any X-Rays even though I told him that my jaw had shifted and my teeth do not fit. On the last visit, he did not remember me, even though I had seen him on four other visits. I was dismissed my him and will seek another option from another qualified physician. I truly feel as though I treated with disrespect and my concerns were not addressed.
