I came for a cleaning and a 6 month check up with my mom and the level of care I received is much appreciated! I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to see a doctor or hygienist. But even so, the wait never feels too long. During the visit, the hygienists were polite and talked me through every step of the cleaning. They also worked with me in regards to getting x-rays done on my teeth for the first time, and were so accommodating when I asked for modifications due to my thyroid. When I needed work done on my teeth, Dr. Kamel throughout explained what needed to be done, how it would be done, and what timeline I should consider to ensure that my teeth are getting the best care. My needs came first whenever I got dental work done as they would check on my comfort level, ask if I needed any changes to the procedure, and ask if I was okay after it was done. And as someone who hates tooth drilling (a lot), they make it easy! There was no mystery on any procedures or their cost. The office is very upfront. It is also easy for me to make subsequent appointments because the office staff guided me on what dates/times are available and work with me to see what is best for my schedule (the appointments aren't that long either). I live up north and consider it well worth the travel. The location is great too since you can go and shop right after you're done, or visit some shops before you go in. I have gone to Lance Kamel for 3 years and was extremely please with his professional and kindness- just had a very aggravating experience with his office staff - never sent in my billing information for surgery i had done 2 months ago - was told by dr. kamel i needed root canal but it would have to be done by another dentist in his office- now 2 weeks later found out they never sent my billing information in until last week never returned my calls and today was told by his office manger i need to go to an endo dentist for my root canal which i was not informed of during my last visit as the one ine his office is out of network- woud have communicated this to me while i was there or when i have called for follow up last month- Very disappointed as i had trust he and his staff to take good care- and they failed read more

I used to dread all aspects of going to the dentist. Now they are so polite and accommodating; assisting with appointments and insurance issues. Dr. Kamel knows and uses the best practices.
