If you've never had elote (look it up), this is the place to go because they make the best, seriously. It's good because they don't weigh it down with a lot of unnecessary ingredients. They keep it simple and authentic. Today I wanted ice cream and they come up with some truly unique and absolutely delicious flavors. I asked for a banana split and he let me try all the new ice cream flavors, check these out. White chocolate cranberry Ferrero Rochet Eggnog Caramel Apple Soursop, it's very mild (soursop is a fruit) and you can't quite put your finger on the flavor, to me it was almost marshmallow apple-y but he said it tastes different to everyone. I ended up getting eggnog, soursop, and caramel apple. Probably the best banana split I've ever had. Braum's got nothin' on this place. These ingredients are fresher and made by people who actually care. And of course they have regular ice cream flavors as well, but their specialty flavors they make in store are really the best. They even make their own whipped cream. If you're looking for a great place to get snacks like elote or hot Cheetos pie, Mexican candy or baked goods, ice cream, house made popsicles, you name it, you HAVE to come here.

My daughter couldn't even use a spoon and had to drink hers, and my chocolate one was the same way, so something must be wrong with the freezer or the ice cream consistency. To make matters worse, they were out of Ferrero Rocher but still charged me for it. I didn't realize until this morning after looking at my receipt that I was overcharged. Very disappointing experience overall and we will not be returning.

Here's, what I enjoyed about this Mexican Ice Cream shop. It's very easy to get to, it's located right next to a Taco Bell. The Cashier was the nicest Mexican girl out there. She said, they have been in business for 7 to 8 months and the owner has another location in Irving. There were two other Hispanic ladies working in the Ice Cream Shop. You can sample a lot of Ice creams before you choose the one that you want. I chose a simple Mexican Vanilla Ice Cream. It was so good, it was just the taste I was looking for, it was extra sweet. She said, they use a different kind of Vanilla that makes it taste that way. They have lots of flavors to choose from. I think she said there were like 24 flavors.
