Dishonest business. Tried to ghost me for the money they owed for scrap metal. When I showed up at the business to collect, he had no weigh tickets and after being very disrespectful, he only paid me for half of my loads. I feel bad for anyone who works for him. A great improvement would be if the person who runs the business treated his customers more respectfully. I went with my sister-in-law because she had not received payment for a dump truck load of scrap. After several calls, nobody would even return her phone calls. We decided to drive from Willoughby Hills to Ashtabula to resolve this matter. I waited in the car while she went in to make sure we were at the right place. After being in the business for at least 45 minutes, she came out very upset because they cheated her out of half of what she was expecting because they didn't have the weigh tickets and didn't have the appropriate information. She was expecting $1200 and the person in charge there gave her $500. As she was leaving, he referred to her as an "old lady." I personally would never do business with this company again.
