Ummmmmm...I swore up and down I left a review for Jay! Smh! Well, let me get to it! ;) I love, love, LOVE, Jay and Lawrence is great too! These guys are amazing! They have done my logo, and (6) t-shirt designs for me, plus the logo tee! The communication level is great! I have never had any problems on that end. The quality of work is great! They have gone above and beyond my expectations! I am pretty easy to work with; however, there has been a time or two where I wasn't completely satisfied, so we went back to the drawing board. Jay was very patient with me! He is just an awesome guy, from his personality to the way he runs his business! I couldn't ask for anything more! Before approaching Jay, I had been dealing with a very unprofessional graphic designer in the Hayward/Castro Valley area which was a nightmare. I had artwork completed in which I just needed it to be converted into a vector format with no need of creative work. Graphic designer charged close to $600 for converting into vector format?? With no explanation of the potential cost or time to then expect an invoice of $600? Jay was able to pick up the pieces and get the job done correctly! Jay was straight forward on time of project as well as the cost. Can't say enough of the quality and awesome experience Jay did for me!
