The first technician, Peyton, was incredibly kind and reassuring -- he told me he'd seen way worse and instantly put me at ease. He was polite, professional, and efficient, and I only needed to be out of the house (along with my cat) for about an hour while he sprayed. You're guaranteed three sprays for one initial price, which I found to be very reasonable. When the second spray date came around, I was running behind -- my cat wasn't in her carrier, my stuff wasn't ready, and I was flustered. Peyton patiently waited for me to get everything together and even helped carry a few things to my car! That kind of kindness is rare and so appreciated. By the third spray, I had a new technician named Isaac, who was just as friendly and patient as Peyton (again, I wasn't quite ready -- when they say 11 to noon, expect 11 promptly! ). Both technicians were fantastic: professional, punctual, and genuinely kind people who made a stressful situation so much easier. I can't recommend Campbell Pest Control enough -- their customer service alone deserves five stars. Every time I called, a real person answered the phone - no robots whatsoever. Our…read morehouse was so full of ants that we would find them on rugs, on ceilings, even in our bed at night. They were everywhere. We had Campbell out a couple of time, but it got worse instead of better. Then they sent Darryl, and he earned our eternal gratitude. He found ant trails we didn't even point out, or know we had, and figured out where they were going to and coming from. He went into rooms that we hadn't reported a problem in (with permission, of course...) and showed us where additional ant activity was. Then he baited incredibly carefully, to ensure our cats would not be at risk of exposure to the bait. (Our cats loved Darryl too!) He even followed up with a text a few days later, saying he was thinking about our job, and he wanted to know if the situation had improved! Who does that?! It had improved, by 85 - 90%, but we still saw ants. So he returned and spent an equal amount of time and patience identifying their sources. Clean, well maintained, says al lot before the technician steps out. Brandon stepped up to the door dressed in company shirt, introduced himself with a smile. My situation covered fire alarm,attic, outside areas. After inspection, Brandon shined as professional as he introduced himself. If I had a business, I would consider myself really lucky to have such an employee. He went under the house, found evidence of a new rodent incursion and then covered the whole property to mend the holes in mesh that covered crawlspace vents, set traps and then came to explain what was going on under my floors. He showed me pictures of both the problem areas and areas that appeared secure under my house. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. He'll be back in a week to check on the traps. I have needed a new vapor barrier down there so I will be getting a bid for that as well. All in all, the pricing was fair and the service exceptional. Then I pointed out my no soliciting sign and asked if he read it. He said yea I read it and continued on with his sales pitch. A total shark! I booted him off my property. Well....today while kicked back resting after working hard in the yard, another sales guy who identifies himself as the manager, shows up. Now Im beyond pissed off.
