We worked with Campbell to help us with a rodent that had found an entry way into our crawlspace. These guys were great to work with, in particular the technician Darryl who came to the house. He was able to immediately assess where the access point was, isolated the rodent, and then sealed off the access point so that nothing could return. Then came back out to follow up to make sure we had no other issues. He was just a pleasure to work with, and honestly one of the nicest service providers we have worked with. I was a bit embarrassed calling up Campbell Pest Control because I'd been dealing with a flea problem for about a year. The first technician, Peyton, was incredibly kind and reassuring -- he told me he'd seen way worse and instantly put me at ease. He was polite, professional, and efficient, and I only needed to be out of the house (along with my cat) for about an hour while he sprayed. You're guaranteed three sprays for one initial price, which I found to be very reasonable. When the second spray date came around, I was running behind -- my cat wasn't in her carrier, my stuff wasn't ready, and I was flustered. Peyton patiently waited for me to get everything together and even helped carry a few things to my car! That kind of kindness is rare and so appreciated. By the third spray, I had a new technician named Isaac, who was just as friendly and patient as Peyton (again, I wasn't quite ready -- when they say 11 to noon, expect 11 promptly! ). Both technicians were fantastic: professional, punctual, and genuinely kind people who made a stressful situation so much easier. I can't recommend Campbell Pest Control enough -- their customer service alone deserves five stars. Every time I called, a real person answered the phone - no robots whatsoever. Have been using Campbell for quarterly for ant and spider maintenance but they really came in handy this week when we discovered a Yellowjacket nest underground an ornamental grass we were cutting back for a fence install. Within less than 24hrs they were able to come out and get it taken care of for us. Tyler was an exceptional technician and really went above and beyond. He went onto the roof to check our second story eaves for nests we could possibly not see and lo and behold he found 2 which he also removed. Then he went to town on our sugar ant problem spots in the rocky border around our walking paths as it has been a hot spot of activity lately. All on one of the hottest days of the year. Came out first time, assessed the situation. Found entry points for where mice were getting in. Issac was the tech that came and serviced us. Ended up setting traps. Did manage to trap a couple. I Ended up remaining and adding a few of my own. Trapped a couple of more when he stopped for second service visit. Sealed off the found entry points and reset the traps. Haven't trapped any more by the time stopped by for third visit. Hopefully that's a good sign. Still setting traps to make sure. Hopefully I won't need them again, but will call if necessary. This review is to praise the skill and professionalism of Darryl, a consummate ant tracker! Our house was so full of ants that we would find them on rugs, on ceilings, even in our bed at night. They were everywhere. We had Campbell out a couple of time, but it got worse instead of better. Then they sent Darryl, and he earned our eternal gratitude. He found ant trails we didn't even point out, or know we had, and figured out where they were going to and coming from. He went into rooms that we hadn't reported a problem in (with permission, of course...) and showed us where additional ant activity was. Then he baited incredibly carefully, to ensure our cats would not be at risk of exposure to the bait. (Our cats loved Darryl too!) He even followed up with a text a few days later, saying he was thinking about our job, and he wanted to know if the situation had improved! Who does that?! It had improved, by 85 - 90%, but we still saw ants. So he returned and spent an equal amount of time and patience identifying their sources. The eave over our Juliet balcony was a pigeon magnet. Campbell cleaned it out and installed mesh, but warned us that it was likely the pigeons would return to perch on the remaining exposed rafters. They were right. Now there is a carpet of spikes on the rafters to deter them from decorating the driveway below, or worse, the car in the driveway. These folks are reliable, knowledgeable and fast. If the pigeons decide that under the solar panels looks like home, or manage to circumvent the spikes (Just try, you nasty birds!) we'll know who to call. read more

I called Campbell because I had mice in my crawl space and heating vents as well as my furnace. Isaac came out, surveyed the property and mouse-droppings, and left traps baited with peanut butter. He came out a week or so later to seal the outside openings to the crawl space and to remove and replace the traps. The third visit revealed more dead mice, but the fourth visit turned up no more mice. I can completely recommend Isaac and Campbell for their prompt, professional and friendly handling of my critter invasion! Given how expensive I have found the PNW after moving here from the East Coast, Campbell's fee was quite reasonable. read more

Completely satisfied. We had pigeons nesting under our solar panels. They were noisy and messy. Campbells sent someone over to give a bid and confirm the problem. We never even got another bid. Austin came over several days later with wire mesh to seal off the underside of the panels. He completed the job in an afternoon and said his work is guaranteed. read more

I had an issue that two other pest control companies could not (or chose not to) handle. Austin was quick to respond and came in with a can-do attitude, a problem-solving mindset, and a reasonable quote. My pests were both smart and persistent, and Austin made multiple visits (without tacking on extra charges) to completely solve my issue. Working with his company is easy and straightforward. I came downstairs to find bees all over the place on July 4th. I messaged a company about appointment times and Yelp asked me if I'd like to spread it around to others and I'm glad I did - because these guys got back to me in like an hour. Austin was at my door in 3 hours. On July 4th. He did an extremely, extremely thorough search of the premises - walked around, went up on my roof, *even got into an attic I didn't know I had.* All the while explaining what he was doing. By the time he had got there the bees had gone (they all died, which was weird) and he gave me some stuff to look out for for prevention and some things I should be thinking about. At the end of the day - because he didn't "do anything" (his words) - it ended up being free of charge. Completely unbelievable response time on a holiday and amazing service by someone who was overwhelmingly there to help. I went "oh ya, I need to write a review" when he left and then 2 days went by and it wasn't until another company messaged me 2 days later it hit me just how crazy that response time was. read more

These guys are great! Was surprised by a rat or mouse in my garage one night followed by hearing scratching noises in the ceiling. Payton was out the next day and performed a THOROUGH inspection of the attic, crawl space, and surrounding property. He explained how the rodents were accessing the house and how to fix the problem without any poisons. He set traps and plugged holes and there have been no indications of any rodent activity since.
