Pollo (chicken) was the best flavor imo. Machado (shredded beef) was good... not entirely sure how its different from the paballón bc they taste identical. I couldn't eat the camarones (shrimp) empanada bc im allergic but my daughter loved it. Yesterday I had the arepa de paballón (and arepa is a corn cake split open like a sandwich and stuffed with meats, cheeses and sometimes beans and platanos.) It was really tasty. The cheese used was like the Mexican cotija (very salty and granular) which didnt go with the flavors but I liked the meat, beans and platano inside.
