RaceTrac - Two people from what we saw! Regular occurrence for this place!! The worst. - Gas Stations Near Me - Kissimmee, Florida

There are 573 RaceTrac gas stations in the United States with 249 of those in Florida. RaceTrac has become a gas station chain I seek out on day trips. They are large and safe with well stocked convenience stores and generally clean restrooms. I can get what is usually the best priced gas in the area, a hot coffee or a cold drink, and get back on the road and on my way. It was with all this in mind that I drove out of my way to go to this RaceTrac in Kissimmee. I needed to refuel and grab a drink. More importantly I needed the restroom. I was beyond shocked to see that while they were still selling gas, the inside was completely closed. According to a note on the door they were shut down due to a staffing issue. I can understand a mom and pop gas station being closed but not such a huge corporate gas station like RaceTrac. After reading other reviews I see this not a one time event. I saw numerous customers leave in disgust in just the few minutes I was there. I passed on the gas and headed back to the 7-Eleven where it wasn't as clean as I suspected but at least they knew how to staff it. It read more

29/100 in 2016 challenge I may have to get an extra job here. I LOVE this location. Everything in this place is amazing. The store is extremely clean and well kept. The bathrooms are beyond clean. The area with the soda fountains and ice tea containers is so clean it is spotless. The walk-in cooler is well stocked and organized. Coffee pots are full whenever I try to get coffee. Good selection of creamers and different types of sugar and sugar substitutes. Never a spot on the floor. Middle case when you walk in is stocked with sandwiches and salads that look like they have just been made and not seating there all day. Turn over looks good here. The hot dog station is next to the the middle cooler and is well stocked with different mustard's and relish, along with sauerkraut. The frozen yogurt is to die for, if you like yogurt and what seems like 30 different toppings. They have the usual yogurt flavors including a special few like toasted marshmallows, birthday cake, and pecan. The fresh, fresh fruit with the yogurt is great. The gas pumps are many and clean. Water tanks with the squeeze thing seems to be cleaned quiet often. The garbage cans by the tanks and the front parking are never overflowing. Good prices for gas in this area. read more

I literally just listen to this gas station and got gas all over me because the pump Scott stack and when I let the lady know that there was an issue and the pump a stack and I couldn't get the gas to stop she acted like it was my problem like I didn't know how to pump gas I've been pumping gas for 17 years I had the windows down so gas and then everywhere all over her I have a two-year-old in the car all over myself I'm it was a horrible experience and instead of her saying she was sorry she acted like I didn't know how to work a gas pump she was nice but they and a condescending manner read more

Stopped here because it is suppose to be a 24/7 location and right as I pull up the guy locks the door, the store is full of people and won't let me in. Then puts up a sign saying they are closed until 5am. Pissed!!!! read more

This Ractrac is alright. The quality of people going through here aren't always the best and that probably contributes to some of the negatives any one else could write about this place. The associates that generally work at nite here like Amanda and Morgan I feel as though really work hard and an top of that they can be the nicest people you'll ever encounter at a gas station. I hope their hard work and dedication get some sort of recognition. If it were not for these two I wouldn't really drive out of my way to come to this gas station rather than the one on John Young. These two really make me feel safe and satisfied as a customer. read more
