Amazing experience! Our son loved it. It was incredibly clean. We especially love the toddler area specifically for our son.

However, we were gifted a Groupon so that's how we knew about OUAC. When we went it was a cloudy and rainy day so it wasn't crowded at all, which was nice. The place was unique because it had many different stations and activities for your kids to play. It's like a huge Montessori playground. My boys loved the train ride and riding on the dinosaurs the most. I like that the place includes both indoor and outdoor stations. The place seems rather small compared to an amusement park like Six Flags, but it's just enough. Kids can easily spend 30 minutes - 1 hour in just one location so I really like how they can enjoy their time and casually play without parents feeling overwhelmed to get everything done to maximize the amount of money spent. We didn't host a birthday party here, but there were other parties booked. I don't know how much it costs, but let me say that the decorations were beautiful! I'm not sure if it was included or if the parents decorated themselves, but if you wanted to go all out for your child, you certainly can. The staff were also ALL super sweet and friendly! The place plans for everything, like rain. They had numerous umbrellas for patrons to use within the grounds. When it started to rain, all the staff were asking if we needed umbrellas, and one even was willing to run in the rain to get us one! Seriously, I've never seen such hospitality in an establishment from everyone! I also would recommend going here on a weekend because according to their website, more stations and activities are open during that time. Even if it's more crowded, I think it is worth it. If you want to do something different for your child, then I would recommend this place!

As for us grandmas, our favorite part was watching the kids have such a great time and being able to let them free to be kids. Seriously- from drawing on walls to virtually reality ax throwing tic-tac-toe there is a new adventure behind every door. I

The place is definitely an all day kids zone with several things to wear then out and keep them busy. Ironically, even my husband joined in the fun so that he could reclaim his dunk title on the trampoline with basketball goals. From a fun aspect, it definitely has that meter up! However, from a cleanliness aspect, they have a long way to go. Kid establishments are already germ central. With this place, they have see real employees everyday all day, but they do not have proper management leading them. The employees are teenagers who stand around when air buds in their ears listening to music and on their phones rather than diligently working. Even those that are supposed to be watching the kid area. I counted at least 10-15 teenage employees this afternoon, which means there was enough help to keep the restrooms and countertops clean. If it were not for the lack of cleanliness they would deserve a higher rating.

Once the kids were separated and my daughter went to play in another section the other family members said the little girl should beat up my daughter. Once my oldest daughter confronted them about saying this they started starting crazy to my daughter. We had a verbal back and forth and we the black people were the only My ones kicked out around 2:30 but our package was for all day kid play. We were told the other parties would be kicked out also but they were allowed to remain in the facility. This ruined my daughter's birthday even though we paid for the deluxe package. I will not recommend this place for anyone.

We recently…read morecelebrated our grand daughters 6th birthday here and the kids and adults all agreed that it was a wonderful time. The venue is quite large so we had an entire area to ourselves. The young lady who guided the 13 children through each experiment was was fantastic. Imagine trying to hold the attention of over a dozen children and then safely guiding them through the experiments. Great job! I'm pretty sure the adults had a lot of fun as well assisting with making slime, creating a volcano, and a mini bottle rocket. A separate room was also provided for the pizza party (bring your own) and cake. Parents can also rent by the hour open lab time. They provide a binder with easy to follow directions and you can move between stations completing all the different experiments. What a great concept!

The rooms are somewhat small so check out the capacity for the amount of kids you're catering for. I'm not sure if they have bigger rooms as two I saw were the same size but on the smaller end. Also the pipes weren't working and the sinks smelled really bad. The highlight of the experience was after when they came and got the kids and started the experiments. For this part the kids did about four different experiments and they had so much fun learning and experimenting. It can get a little chaotic and I wished they had separate rooms to do the experiments as there were two other sets of experiments going on and it was just loud and the guy had to be shouting a lot. Overall the kids loved it and they even got to play with other random stuff that was not apart of the experiments that are in the area. They were also given lab coats and eyewear and they looked like real scientists which they loved. The experiments were very kid friendly and they got to bring home some of their work, like slime and fake snow. Without the party kids can come in and enjoy the room and do different experiments which I was told there are different packages of what you'd want your kids to do. The bathrooms were messy and toilet paper was all around on the wet floor. So that for me is a let down as we have young kids and would want to ensure they have somewhere clean to use. It's also like a big warehouse though and things are just round and about.
