Let's begin with the good. The customer service was excellent! Even though the ambiance kind of reminded me of a gas station restaurant. I finally settled on the two meat plate which had half a slab of ribs and smoked pork sausage which I was told was smoked right there at the restaurant. I placed my order which came with a 20oz drink, a dessert "banana" pudding, and barbecue beans. The ribs were okay super tender and falling off the bone but the flavor was lacking. I really appreciated all the different types and flavors of sauce but that couldn't save the ribs. As a person who grew up eating my mother's homemade banana pudding, I couldn't even try to eat what they were calling "banana" pudding. The barbecue beans had too many beans in it and no meat, for some reason I thought there would be meat in the barbecue beans. All this to say, I was underwhelmed by every part of this experience besides the customer service. I even asked a guy who was throwing away his empty food tray "how was it?" His reply was excellent? Maybe in Idaho? After all "good" and "bad" is relative. I don't think I need to have this experience again.
