The bride was having wedding day jitters on Friday, and she accidentally backed her SUV into the groom's pickup. She broke her passenger-side tail light; and it had to be replaced immediately that day, or there would be no wedding bliss. After looking him up on Yelp, I called up Mark. Although he was not able to supply me the part himself, he went the extra mile and told me where I could find it. The man is great. There was absolutely nothing in it for him, but he still went the extra mile to help me out. I was able to install the tail light before the wedding and averted a disaster. Remember, this shop had done all scheduled maintenance, including oil changes for 9 years (and put new tires on less than 4 years ago).
