The ease and convenience of scheduling your own appointments is amazing! When I arrived, I was able to check in easily at the front ipad which scanned my driver's license, it was so easy, I didn't have to fill out any long forms or anything! When I saw my doctor, she was able to do a physical and fill out some forms I needed for a new job. She was comprehensive, thorough, patient, and caring. She was so wonderful! Also, at the facility, I was able to get my blood drawn by a wonderful technician who was so good I didn't feel anything! And also get an EKG right on the premises. The doctor also referred me to get an X-ray on the same day, suggesting I drive the 10 minutes to the radiology center to get a walk-in appointment. So within a few hours, I was able to get all my medical needs taken care of at one place. It was AMAZING! He will call you back and they will fit you into their schedule if needed without hesitation. He will run further tests until he can figure out what is wrong. He is very good about fitting people into his schedule whenever he can, even if that means working through lunch or late. The nurses are all very kind and if you call, he will always get back to you either by lunch time or at the end of the day. Sometimes the wait is long but that is usually because he has probably squeezed someone in who was sick, so I don't mind as I've been in the same position.
