On one occasion, my appointment was scheduled incorrectly. Wrong date/time, completely incorrect location. After showing up for the appointment I did agree to, I was told that my appointment was actually the day before at the alternate Greenbrier location. Driving out to Grassfield is inconvenient enough, I would never setup an appointment at the Greenbrier location. The woman who set my appointment incorrectly over the phone offered no apologies and told me to come back in the afternoon as that was when the doctor was available. I drove all the way home to Western Branch, and then all the way back to Grassfield. To top it off, I received an automated phone call notifying me of my "missed" appointment and letting me know there would be a charge next time. A letter in the mail followed. I sent the office manager a letter regarding the matter. A few weeks later, we showed up for my son's well child visit. The front desk staff was very cold, refused to smile or even make eye contact. I'm a nursing student, my mother is a physician, and I've worked in customer service for over ten years. I'm the type of person who shows up well before myappointment time. I always provide enough notice when cancelling appointments. While we love Dr. Urban, we will be looking for a new pediatrician. UPDATE: 05/18 I received a phone call and follow up letter from the office manager. She apologized for the situation and removed the missed appointment from our record. I've updated my review to reflect the resolution of the issue and our satisfaction with Dr. Urban.

She really cares about her patients and listens for any clues that may tell her that there may be an issue with a situation concerning their health. I do not recommend Dr. Holland though, she does not seem to keep up with basic medical information. Over all I have loved the care there just pick which Dr. you wish to use carefully.

Lyndi Graham, Outreach Executive, has been great coordinating my visits. She is very kind, helpful, and extremely responsive. I love the office. Great parking, super comfortable seating, drinks and snacks are available, BooYah! First visit was super fun and I have enjoyed every visit. The entire staff is kind, helpful, and respectful. They all listen to you and respond with answers that are backed by medical and scientific knowledge. I LOVE that. The doctors are up to date on medical technology uses for seniors. After searching and searching I found this practice and Dr. Peter Laplace through word of mouth. I am ever so glad that I did. Staff here is so friendly and helpful. I am never confused about any of the policies or billing. Appointments are easy to schedule and they even have an online patient portal for you to view your records and care plans. Having struggled for several years with a few chronic issues I am finally at a place in my physical and mental health where I'm not just getting by but am happy and on a road to healthy.
