I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.

They do not stand behind the cars they sell, nor do they bother to inspect or fix them. I bought a car from them on 5/8/24, and the very next day it wouldn't start. They sent a mechanic to diagnose and fix the issue, but it didn't resolve the problem. As of the writing of this review, the car has only run for one week since it was bought and has been towed twice already. I advise checking everything thoroughly and not trusting their word about any of their cars. I would be ashamed to have my company name associated with the low-quality cars they are currently selling. Your reputation has to be worth more than $8000.

We called and talked to a sales rep who told us that it had been in a very minor accident but everything was perfect so we put money down over the phone to hold it for us, and THEN they send us the carfax. The truck was in fact A TOTAL LOSS insurance claim. Absolutely no way it can have a clean title. And now it's a fight to get the money returned.
