We called and talked to a sales rep who told us that it had been in a very minor accident but everything was perfect so we put money down over the phone to hold it for us, and THEN they send us the carfax. The truck was in fact A TOTAL LOSS insurance claim. Absolutely no way it can have a clean title. And now it's a fight to get the money returned.

We drove one other vehicle and looked at a couple other models in their car line to see what features, colors, prices, etc. would fit what we wanted.
