Be extremely cautious buying from this dealer, and do not leave the lot without an OBD-II scanner, a battery tester, and a tread depth gauge. Getting anything and everything they say they're going to do signed and in writing. It baffles me that they have as high of ratings as they do. We purchased a 2015.5 Volvo XC60 AWD, and on the drive home and the very next day, multiple concealed mechanical issues, neglected maintenance items, and broken promises surfaced: * Unfulfilled Promises on Battery & Alignment: During the sale, our salesman, Jay, explicitly promised that the car would receive a fresh (or at the very least, properly tested) battery and a complete four-wheel alignment prior to delivery. Neither was done, despite them keeping the car for TWO extra days claiming their shop was backed up. Instead of installing a new battery, they appeared to have fast-charged the old, incorrect non-AGM battery--overcharging it to the point that it boiled over and vented acid on the drive home. The alignment was completely untouched; the car pulled and shook noticeably at speed, and an independent alignment check revealed the rear toe was severely out (+0.42° total toe, with the right rear at +0.27°), chewing up the tires. * Severely Mismatched Tires on an AWD Platform: This is something I admittedly should have caught, but seeing one brand-new tire, I made the mistake of assuming the rest were addressed on a vehicle sold as "inspected." Measuring tread depth revealed the front tires were worn completely down to the 2/32" wear bars (and oversized at 245s instead of factory 235/60R18), while the one rear tire I happened to glance at was new. Running mismatched circumference tires on an AWD drivetrain puts continuous strain on the center coupling, yet the car was passed off as road-ready. I had to buy a full set of four new tires and pay for a proper alignment out of pocket immediately. * Low Engine Oil from Day One: On the drive home, the low oil warning triggered. I had checked the dipstick on our initial walkaround, yet after their "prep," the car was nearly a full quart low. I had to pull off the freeway immediately to purchase oil just to make it home. A full quart low right off the lot shows the quality of their multi-point inspection. * Cleared Fault Codes to Pass Emissions: The Check Engine Light tripped during the hour drive home. Lo and behold, they didn't actually fix the emissions fault shown on the state inspection paperwork--they simply cleared the code and got lucky enough to sneak it through monitor readiness before the ECM completed a full drive cycle and latched the light back on. Truly the practices of a fine automotive dealership! I do my own mechanical work, so I was able to diagnose the live data, replace the sensors, and correct the fluid levels myself. But for an average buyer who wouldn't think to verify readiness monitors, check oil levels, know the difference between an AGM and a flooded battery, or measure tread depth across all four corners, this lot is more than willing to clear active trouble codes, ignore promised prep work, and push out cars with deferred maintenance. I have date-stamped photos of the battery acid boil-over, alignment printouts, and diagnostic freeze-frame data attached. Take your business elsewhere, or insist on a full independent pre-purchase inspection before signing anything here. read more

Had the truck picked out from then was in contact for weeks with something waiting for someone to reach for financing 3 weeks go by and nothing. Finally called directly and was told it sold. Then told me it was a hot item as if I was taking to long to buy. No finance manager reach out. They said their AI was not working right so now that puts us behind on the deadline we have. Beware of false advertising!! We should have done more research. We found a truck offered by Autolocity Motors on car gurus and several other websites that stated it had a clean title. We called and talked to a sales rep who told us that it had been in a very minor accident but everything was perfect so we put money down over the phone to hold it for us, and THEN they send us the carfax. The truck was in fact A TOTAL LOSS insurance claim. Absolutely no way it can have a clean title. And now it's a fight to get the money returned. read more

Just purchased a 2024 Kia Telluride with only 13k miles on it. Unfortunately, a week after the purchase I found out the entire wiring system in the rear door didn't work -- the door wouldn't lock and the window wouldn't roll up or down. Luckily, I thought I was protected because I bought Autolocity's most expensive "bumper-to-bumper" warranty. I even got the one that covers electrical problems! Before buying it, I even questioned whether it was worth the extra money, and the salesman assured me it would cover most major repairs and it was worth the money. Turns out that wasn't true at all. I paid $3k for the warranty, and it only covered $400 of the $1.1k repair bill for the door issue. I've only had the car for a couple weeks!!! Very disappointing experience. I wish I had been more skeptical about both the vehicle and the warranty because these warranties apparently cover almost nothing. They also ask customers for 5 star reviews then sit there and watch you complete the review while you're purchasing the car.. read more

WARNING TO FUTURE BUYERS Do not trust that the vehicles sold at Autolocity Motors are safe just because they claim to have passed a "150-point inspection." My experience proved otherwise. We live out of state and I purchased a clean title vehicle from them in July. At first, the vehicle only appeared to have some cosmetic issues, but once I finally got it into my trusted auto body shop, they found serious hidden damage to the frame and unsafe welds to the roof. I was told that if this vehicle were in a crash, the roof could either cave in or come off completely above the second row--right where my children sit. This all comes after I specifically asked if there was any frame or structural damage to the vehicle, as I needed a safe family car. Clearly misled. When I tried to work with the dealership to rescind the sale and even offered to trade back for my old car (at a fair discount for the miles I put on), they refused. Instead, they dismissed my concerns, saying I was being "fearmongered" into unnecessary repairs. They offered no solution, no compromise, and no accountability. Saying they would need to inspect the vehicle before they gave me a buy back value, mind you this is a vehicle they already "inspected", and I had for a month. They gas lit me and tried very hard to make sure they either got way more money from me, or gave me way below KBB value for the price of the car. Either way refusing to actually give me a value or come to any type of compromise. This dealership is clearly buying vehicles that have been patched together by chop shops and reselling them as if they're safe and reliable. Once they have your money, they will not stand behind what they sell, or stand behind their mission statement. Buyers beware: always get any vehicle from this dealership inspected by an independent autobody mechanic before purchasing--your family's safety could depend on it. BUYER BEWARE. I recently visited Autolocity and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The dealership displayed unethical practices, with some workers behaving in a shady manner. The sales manager appeared incompetent, contributing to a lackluster overall experience. Overall rude and unprofessional. I'm from out of state and I had to followup with them many times regarding my loan docs to finalize the sell. It's been about a week and by that time I didn't want the car anymore and told them to refund my deposit. Sales rep (Jay) told me to put a deposit down without disclosing it was a nonrefundable deposit nor did I sign any agreement acknowledging it was nonrefundable. Shady practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I will preface this with: we bought from this dealership in 2021 and it was incredible. Our first Expedition was a branded title, the salesman was super straightforward, sent us pictures of the accident that totaled it, explained what was fixed. It was delivered to Washington in perfect condition, clean, no mechanical issues whatsoever. It was unfortunately totaled again a few weeks ago. Having such a great experience the first time, we wanted to use Autolocity again for our replacement/upgrade. This time has been a completely different experience and we will never use or recommend this dealership again. We just had our 2021 Expedition delivered yesterday. Upon arrival, the car was dirty and sticky inside, and the AC did not work. We took it to the mechanic (because we bought a warranty)...the mechanic called following up that the car has multiple front end problems - used parts were installed on the vehicle that were not disclosed to us. We bought this vehicle because we were under the impression this dealership was not doing shady deals and repairs to branded vehicles. I am so angry they put this vehicle on the lot and sold it to a family with small children under the impression we were receiving a vehicle that was safe to drive. We did not even have this vehicle for 24 hours before it went straight to the shop. We are so angry and disappointed. Please do not buy from this dealership- save yourself the headache. read more

This company is a total joke and sell incomplete and broken cars i purchased a hellcat Durango for around 60,000 when i first got approved they sent me to a sketchy bank that i have never heard of before few days later i get a call saying im not approved even though i already signed all the paperwork and took the car home i had to go to mountain America and get a loan from them the loan officer there said it was very shady what had happened a month after this i was driving down the road and the car popped up with an error message and said service transmission and the car went into limp mode this is a car with 21,000 miles on it at the same time the alignment was off and the car had a massive oil leak i was so pissed i was able to get the car out of the limp mode function and took it to master auto tech the next day they told me nothing seemed to be off with the transmission but maybe a sensor issue they also told me my ball joint was busted and it was not safe to drive the vehicle it would cost 500$ to fix they also told me the oil filter that was put on the car was the wrong one and needed to be replaced autolocity agreed to fix the ball joint for free and that the car went into limp mode due to "old codes" this month the car went into limp mode again and lucky i was close to the dealership and i drove it back they said that the issue has nothing to do with them and its me that caused the issues the sales guy that helped me get it out of limp mode told me its most likely my crankshaft sensor but the dealerships shop is totally incompetent and very sketchy fast forward to this week the steering wheel is violently Shakey i took it to a trusted shop they told me my tires are showing wires and the cause of the oil leak is a broken oil pressure switch i had to spend 1,800 to get all that fixed DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND ALL THE TIME AND MONEY AT A LOCAL MECHANIC SHOP read more

READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING! Don't be stupid like me and get blinded by promises that are too good to be true. I bought my vehicle at the end of June 2024 and also got the "lifetime warranty" along with it. When talking to the representative, we thought we asked all the right questions--the "what if this happens, will it be covered?" kind of questions. We were told it was a "lifetime engine and transmission, covers bumper to bumper, EVERYTHING!" Now, here I am 8 or 9 months later needing a new water pump. I'm thinking, "It's okay, I have a warranty," so I called the warranty company, and they told me I had the "silver package" (their most basic package that barely covers anything) and it was good for "3 months or 3,000 miles (whichever comes first)." I passed that long ago, and there is nothing I can do about it now. These guys are the most stereotypical definition of a "car salesman" and tell you all these great things to close the sale. They'll also make promises they don't keep! Don't get me wrong, I love the vehicle I got, but it definitely was neglected by previous owners and needed more work done than they led me to believe, and I'm having to pay for it. If you find a car you like on their lot, have a mechanic friend look it over first and make sure it's up to your standards and don't get bamboozled by verbal promises you think are in writing while they are pointing at the numbers to close the sale. read more

Do not buy a car here. They will tack on a $$3300 dollar warranty contract and not tell you. If you sign the paperwork with out noticing it they will say it is your fault because you didn't notice it. They will also tack on another$600 for a GPS system and not tell you about it and again say because they automatically come on their cars you don't have a choice and again blame it on you not reading the contract. What happened to being honest? What happened to being straight forward and being respectable. They say they are a family driven business but yet this is the result you get. My wife and I have purchased approximately 16 different vehicles throughout our marriage, including branded title vehicles. Our experience at Autolocity was hands down the worst. They are only open till 6 so my wife went in to check out a Subaru they had on the lot that had only 400 or so miles on it. When she drove it they told her the AC was not working but that if she bought it they would fix it before she picked it up. On their word (never take the dealer at their word.. because despite the fact that their website claims honesty and integrity they have neither), she signed the paperwork for the car. We came back to pick it up after a few days and them claiming it was fixed. We picked it up to drive it home and it wasn't fixed. We took it back and they said they would fix it. After a couple days they said it was fixed. We came back and picked it up again and again it wasn't fixed. I contacted the manager and he said they would fix it for sure this time. They claimed they found a leak and fixed it. We went back to pick it up and it wasn't fixed. AND another part broke in those few days we had it (which luckily they fixed). They said it was just how the AC worked and it wasn't a problem. They said if someone else found a problem they would give us $300. We took it to two different mechanics and both confirmed the AC wasn't working immediately. Quotes from each came in over $1,000. We had one fix it and the dealer refused to compensate us at all. So if you buy a car here do the following: 1. Get everything in writing. They apparently don't have any qualms about saying what they need to say to make the sale but not following through on it. 2. Take the car to another mechanic to check everything out before the purchase. Hopefully by doing this you can avoid the expenses we have had. Make sure you keep both eyes open at this dealership. Driving it off the lot it had an oil leak - turned out to be a main rear seal which isn't a cheap fix. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS! They sold me a car that was not in working condition and needed almost $10,000 in repairs when receiving it. In March of 2024, I purchased a used 2022 Jeep Wagoneer from Autolocity Motors. The car was labeled as "branded," indicating that it had been in an accident but had been restored to working condition. The salespeople (Darin, Jay, Nate) assured me that the car was "perfect," "practically brand new," and "had the new car smell." They also claimed that the car drove great. Despite the dealership being in Utah and me living in California, they sent me multiple pictures and videos of the car. Trusting their assurances, I bought the vehicle. Upon receiving the car, I found that the 4-wheel drive and air suspension were not functioning as they should. Within 24 hours, multiple warning lights appeared while I was driving, and the power steering failed while my children were in the car. I contacted the dealership and was advised by the service manager, Jay Jay, to take the car to my local Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership for repairs. After diagnosis, my local dealership found several issues, including the need for updates and recalls, replacement of the air compressor for the air suspension, and replacement of the battery due to low voltage codes. They assumed the repairs would be covered under warranty because the car was a 2022 model with less than 10,000 miles, but it was later determined that it wasn't covered due to being a branded vehicle. They covered over $5,000 in repairs due to their misunderstanding but returned the car to me needing nearly another $5,000 in repairs to fix the power steering. When I informed Autolocity Motors of the situation, they refused to assist with the repairs, citing that I purchased the car "as is." However, I believe that the vehicle I received did not meet the expectations of being labeled as "branded" and "restored to working condition." The repairs needed to make the car functional amounted to nearly $10,000, which was not disclosed to me before the purchase. Their service department should have caught these problems before selling the car to anyone. If a tech actually plugged it in they would have seen MULTIPLE updates and recalls to the system that needed to be done. One of the things that should have been checked is that the car could go into 4x4 and if anyone had pushed that button they would have known the air suspension system was not in working condition. My car has been getting repairs for more than THREE MONTHS!! I am making payments on a car that I drove for a few days!! This business sold me a car that was not drivable and not in working condition. This is morally wrong and their response is they can't help me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I purchased a Silverado 1500 from them and had it shipped to AZ. I haven't yet put 500 miles on it. So far I had a brake caliber come loose on the freeway which resulted in a towing bill and wheel replacement at $500. While that work was being performed. Additional frame & suspension problems were identified. The frame shop had to replace several major components as well as do frame repair to make it safe & correct. Yes, another $1750 out of pocket. Autolocity is a business without integrity. Selling products that, in my case, wasn't safe to be on the road. I asked repeatedly what I could expect should any repair issues arise after I brought it back to Idaho and was assured by Bill (William) and Nate that they would be willing to work with me if so. Well, I found that all of the brake lines are dangerously bent at the master cylinder and that they've been constantly rubbing on my steering shaft soon to fail from friction, and they won't even take my calls or respond to my emails after notifying them of this. They've been dodging me for months now and I'm stuck paying the $1K+ in repairs to make it safe enough for me and my family to drive. I worry that this is only the beginning of future issues to come due to horrible repair work. Do not trust this dealership! Update: as suggested back in June by this dealer, we called Autolocity today to request a new temporary tag since they don't have our new title yet. Their title person, Sarah, called us back but not to help; she demanded we send her the title to the vehicle we had traded in back in June to Autolocity. I explained we didn't have the title and that our sales rep, Marc Bishop, said he'd take care of getting a duplicate title since one of the forms we signed gave Auotolocity power of attorney. She said she'd speak to him about the fact this wasn't the case and she demanded that I procure a duplicate title and send it to her for our trade in. I understand where she's coming from and may be able to help her but Sarah was unprofessional and ended up hanging up on us when I explained now wasn't a good time, our little one had just had a potty accident on the floor. Also not addressed by Sarah, we spent $300+ to have the rebuilt-title-vehicle state-inspected and smogged in order to register it in CA and the inspections expire in August - when the salesperson said we'd have our new title. Sarah said it would be another 6 weeks yet, so September/October. So the funds we paid for inspection looks like will be a sunk cost. I asked to speak to a manager after Sarah hung up on us and the receptionist said there was no manager on site. I don't recommend Autolocity after today's experience with them. Original review: Marc Bishop processed our paper work super fast, recharged the A/C on the vehicle for us while we waited, and got us $100 referral cash. If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership tried to sell us an overpriced salvaged car. When we asked about other options or to run different numbers we were told "This wasn't the car nor dealership for us" because we should be looking at older cars with higher mileage instead. Excuse me? Since when is it acceptable to judge costumers based on their budget and steer them away instead of actually trying to help? The sales manager acted like we were some naive, broke 25-year-old just because, we didn't jump on the chance to overpay for a car. Instead of being helpful or professional, they were condescending and dismissive, making us feel like we weren't worth their time. A dealership should treat all customers with respect, regardless of their budget or age. Instead, they acted like we didn't belong there just because we didn't immediately agree to this offer. To top it off, when we wanted to discuss pricing, they flat-out said it "wasn't worth their time" unless we planned to stick around and wait for the numbers because this process takes time (no crap sherlock). What kind of business tells potential buyers that running numbers is a waste? Unprofessional, rude, and clearly not interested in helping customers. I am located in Vegas & was looking into buying another car for our family. This dealership is very sketchy and I was dealt with a situation where I didn't even see pictures of the car I wanted and it was pulling teeth trying to get info about the car. I was not given the full history - in fact it wasn't until I saw the contract where it stated that it was a salvaged title, the car went through an accident where the airbags was deployed. None of this was shared (I mean I get their position, they want to sell the car, so I wouldn't share it either if I wanted to sell it). I put down $1K and I think it was fate that my husband and I went out of town for the week. We told them we weren't able to receive the vehicle until after we came back and the $1K would hold it for us. Nathan even said "when they [the lender] asks you how much you put down, you need to tell them you put $2K down." I asked why and he said it was just what they needed to say to get this car. I thought it was strange and it even said that it was $2K, which the document was already falsifying its documents *RED FLAG* We would also have to interview with the lender for the loan which would verify my employment, satisfaction with the vehicle etc.. But I received a call from the vendor, they asked me questions as if I had the vehicle already and I told them that I didn't have it yet, they were going to ship it that next week. They said it was fine and for me to call them back when I did receive it. Well, Autolocity didn't like that. I received another phone call from them and told them again, I didn't have the car yet. Nathan called me back, upset because I didn't tell them what he coached me to tell them. He told me to tell them I put $2K down and for me to say that I was satisfied with their vehicle. In fact, he said "we aren't shipping this car until you finish this interview with them. So you need to either come here and see the car or tell them you're good with the car." Again I reminded him that we had not been able to because of our schedule and I also asked him "are you telling me, in order for me to get this car, I have to tell them that I'm 'satisfied' with this car even tho I've never laid eyes on it? are you asking me to lie?" He got offended and told me "well you do whatever you want, I'm not telling you to lie. Just telling you the situation of what will happen." I was disgusted that I was given this ultimatum. I discussed it with my husband and again played phone tag with these folks. I finally got on the phone with a gentleman named Darin who was a finance manager. He got real disrespectful with me and my husband, when I wanted my husband on the phone call, even with me giving verbal consent to discuss the account. Even when we were on the phone, he got real rude to my husband and answer his question in a hypothetical standpoint (even with me there asking the same question). But finally I used the trigger words of "the unethical practices" that Nathan was telling me to do to get this car, so I asked for my down payment back. Darin got upset because I used the unethical term but I didn't appreciate being played, nor do I want to do business with them, etc. he planned on escalating this issue and was going to call me on Monday to "see if getting my deposit back was an option." He got upset again when I had asked what the process was and said he didn't want to promise something he couldn't do. I told him he just needed to tell me what the process was because I thrive on algorithms and would like to get all the info before making an educated decision. He refunded my money within the next couple hours with a receipt. Do NOT buy a car from these folks. They are conniving, UNETHICAL, and cannot take what they dish out when you question their practices to sell a SALVAGED CAR. read more

Anyone can sell a car, but Tyler takes the extra steps to insure I was comfortable and felt like I was getting the best deal. If i could I would give zero stars. They care about sales at all cost, and not the customer. Not only did the guy (Darin) lie straight up about the temp registration he was only concerned about the "30" days they have to get titles out of the dealership. He told me that if we don't get the title sent to California in time, just to call and have a new temporary registration sent to us. Well that can't happen either, as the state of Utah won't allow them to reprint another temporary title. So, we are here in California with a car we bought in Utah at Autolocity motors, and will have to park it in our driveway until the paperwork gets processed. I have tried on countless attempts to get this straight, to no avail. They don't care about customers. Not only will I never buy another car out of state, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOBODY BUYS FROM THIS DEALER. Especially if your out of state. read more

I'll never buy a branded vehicle again. Bought a 2019 Ram 1500 w/ 10k miles in 2021. Upon delivery, the coolant overflow reservoir was cracked and leaking, the headlight beams don't match, screws were missing from body panels, rattling and whistling noises at speed, and finally the steering rack and pinion was cracked. The rack and pinion alone was $3k. Also, no dealership will buy a vehicle from you if it has a branded title. Beware of Autolocity. read more
