I literally drove home 10 minutes up the road, and called to see if I could cancel because I looked at the artists work online and it wasn't my style. The owner would not refund my money. They did absolutely nothing!! No prep! Not anything! So, I asked if I could apply it to a session in 2 weeks and he said no, even though the artist was willing to do it. Unbelievable. Total robbery. I would NEVER go here. Ever. Totally shady.

JoAnn Salgado replied to my request quickly for an updo hairstyle and make-up for the wedding as a…read moremother of the groom plus a girlfriend for a total makeover.  Jo Ann is very professional, and from the very start of our discussions, she laid out plans on how and what we should be putting together such as our preferred hairstyles and glam makeup.  She's very detailed in her approach and scheduled a digital meeting before the week of the actual day.   On our actual scheduled day, she came right on time, complete with all her essential tools and devices from lights to two set of chairs and other make-up paraphernalia. JoAnn took her time and in no way rushing in styling an updo for me and also with my girlfriend that worked very well with our preferred hairstyles.  Also, based on her expertise, she suggested hairstyles best suited to our face shapes, which was in sync with our chosen styles.
