Every class there is something new to learn and/or a different way of looking at things. Training involves hand to hand techniques, traditional weapons, and a mixture of the two. No martial arts experience is required. I had some karate experience with very limited weapon experience and have not trained in the last 10 years. Starting my training here is an educational experience that will last me a lifetime. Learning is a two way street and is embraced in this group. I have been in this group less than a year but look forward to a long history with the Green Bay Bujinkan group.

Great training for both men and women. We learn real self-defense. We learn how to defend ourselves…read moreagainst weapons as well as person to person without weapons. Sometimes we talk about using our senses, as we may not always be able to see. For this, we usually put on a blindfold. The one I like best and find to be the most helpful is basic knife defense. For this, our partner uses a plastic or wooden knife and they try to "cut" us in realistic ways and we learn different ways to defend ourselves so that in a real live situation we don't get cut. Unlike other arts, students also teach from time to time. We don't have to just learn from the sensi ( teacher.) We learn that anything can be used as a weapon; sticks, stones, keys, water bottles.... Come see for yourself.~ Kimberly I have been training in the Martial arts since 1981, close to 38 years. Training in Arts such as: Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, American Kenpo Bujutsu Karate, Eskrima and Aikido.(Earning two Black Belts in these other arts.) I have been training with the Kyodai-Na Karasu Bujinkan Dojo for close to 20 years. Shihan Larry Hembel is an Excellent Instructor, and is very knowledgeable about Martial arts. The reason that I have been training in the Bujinkan for such a long time is simple. It is the most realistic, practical and effective system for Martial arts training and Self-Defense. We have training in: joint locks, arm locks, pressure points, nerve strikes, punches/kicks, take downs, ground defense, multiple fighters, gun/knife defense, hand to hand combat. We also train in sword, staffs and many other weapons. Come train with Instructors who have training directly from Japan and other Seminars. Training directly from Soke Hatsumi (Our Grandmaster). We train in 9 different schools and 5 Samurai arts. Practical training for life and survival using lanyards, water bottles and pens, ect. Situational awareness. Body manipulation and body angling. This is not for sport Martial arts. This is for life training. Medals/Trophies won't save you out in the Real world. So come and explore REAL training, not just kata.- Shihan Daniel Metoxen

Conquer Martial Arts is one of the most innovative martial arts schools in the Fox Valley/Green Bay…read morearea. I've trained there for the past two years, primarily focusing on competitive sport karate, and my skills have improved tremendously because of the instructors and training environment. Conquer Martial Arts has modern training facilities and equipment, including a spring floor, and is staffed by instructors who are experienced state and national-level martial arts competitors and champions. One area I've improved most is tricking--combining karate kicks and techniques with acrobatic movements and flips. Training at Conquer Martial Arts has helped me compete at a much higher level, including earning multiple state championship titles and Top-10 finishes at national NASKA sport karate tournaments. More importantly, the school has helped me grow as a martial artist and deepen my passion for competitive karate. While Conquer Martial Arts has a strong competitive sport karate program, they also have excellent programs for beginners and underbelts, making it a great environment for students at different experience levels. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Conquer Martial Arts to anyone in the Fox Valley or Green Bay area looking for a karate or martial arts school, whether they're just starting or want to pursue competitive sport karate and take their skills to the next level.

Spectacular instructors, culture and program. I have loved every moment being here at conquer and…read morewe invite anyone to come and expand their experience as a martial artist.
