They're extremely busy so they first had us booked for a few months out, but due to a cancellation they were able to make it the following week and I jumped at the opportunity. Their team rebuilt our front porch, repaired broken arches, fixed several window lintels, and repointed a lot of worn out mortar around the exterior. The guys were all incredibly professional, and the craftsmanship is excellent and a great value. Everything turned out great, and it gave us wonderful peace of mind to have these major repairs completed before getting settled. We have been thoroughly enjoying our home ever since. I needed a new chimney cover on my home. The old one was made of metal and was starting to rust…read more It had been caulked but would be starting to leak soon if not replaced. There are very few companies in the area that rebuild chimney covers. Runyon came out to provide an estimate quickly, and was able to get materials and fix the chimney cover quickly as well. The new one has a drip edge and rubber top and is sided on the side. It is a quality product that looks like it will last a very long time! The most impressive thing though was the professionalism and thoroughness of their crew. The person who came out to do the work was careful not to disturb the neighbor's yard (as my chimney is in her courtyard). They cleaned up everything. And inspected the entire roof while they were here. Any minor issues with nails and caulk or sealant were taken care of -- unfortunately many do not realize that a roof needs regular maintenance for these things -- especially in NE Ohio. They were polite and thorough and it was just an overall GREAT company to work with!

They were able to do the full roof replacement on my little house and some work on the detached garage all in one day (faster than expected). They replaced the chimney and vents with pieces that look a million times better. They went above and beyond in their work (craftsmanship, scope, and quality), and I can't spot one flaw. The team was so friendly and professional, and they get bonus points for being extra nice to my dog (they made her day). All that and they managed to stay in budget, and left the entire property spotless. You don't get that sort of performance without a great leader, so extra points for Eric and his management of both the work getting done and the clients. When I complimented him on this, he gave all the credit to the great crew, which is just another sign that he's a good leader. I was so nervous because I've heard so many roofer horror stories, but my experience is that there is at least one great one out there (Benedict). We immediately fell in love with the professionalism of Bob at the meeting and wanted to schedule him and his crew right away. Bob and his Wife were very communicative, and very easy to work with! They were VERY close if not spot on with (maybe even early) with our scheduled estimated date of install!! WOW. Bob and his team were very organized and clean during the installation. You really had no idea roofers were there when they left for the evening accept for the organized materials left to resume the next day. When the job was completed, Bob made sure we were happy with the installation, and his team cleaned up SO WELL. I could not believe how clean everything was when they were done, and Bob took the time to look it over with us before he was the last one to leave the site. Also, Bob was able to inspect the whole roof for leaks and found a soft spot for us before it was a problem and replaced the wood.
