HORRIFIC!
I trusted the 'Professional'...my mistake for not researching Karen's professional background.
One loose tooth, nearly $ 30 Grand later.
High turnover in Karen's office staff. NEVER had an appointment that I didn't have to wait more than 30 minutes to an hour for.
Dishonesty RE: Insurance claims.
I was given medication that I notified Karen and her staff that I was highly allergic to and was yelled at by office staff, because of their oversight.
Initial consultation seemed simple enough, Karen seemed friendly enough however, at each visit it was suggested that I endure, for safety and well being, more procedures than she had initially suggested.
Outdated dental/procedure equipment. During one procedure Karen and her assistant laughed that they were getting more laughing gas than I. And that was the truth!
Confronting Karen on my extensive expensive one after another procedure, she became confrontational.
Almost a year into my first visit to Karen she was still recommending another procedure that I had to have or I would certainly get an infection and ruin all the work she had done thus far.
At this point I was out of money and still no teeth! I was scared to death and my instincts were yelling that something just wasn't right.
I made an appointment to see another dental specialist and his recommendation was that I did not need another procedure and he promptly recommended me to another dental specialist who did the first of 3 'fix up the mess Karen made procedure for free' because he felt so bad for me. It was discovered that Karen had surgically placed the wrong posts in my jaw and had recommended unnecessary procedures.
Three specialists later the grand total of one loose tooth (which became 3 extracted teeth) came to almost $30.GRAND. I endured unnecessary pain, time and money for an absolute botched mess and a most horrific experience. I still have nightmares, thus why it has taken me months to write this review. read more
