Dr. Ueno is calm, confident, and clearly extremely skilled -- he explained everything thoroughly and made the entire process feel very straightforward and stress-free. The staff deserves just as much praise. From the front desk to the surgical assistants, everyone was warm, professional, and attentive. They checked on me constantly, made sure I was comfortable, and somehow managed to make oral surgery feel ... almost relaxing (which I never thought I'd say). The procedure went smoothly, recovery was exactly as described, and the follow-up care was excellent. You can tell this is a well-run practice where people genuinely care about their patients. If you need oral surgery or implants and want to feel confident you're in great hands, I highly recommend Dr. Ueno and his entire team.

This review is for Lynna Bui, whom I saw last week regarding gum recession concerns. Unfortunately,…read moremy experience was deeply disappointing and, at times, unprofessional. Most concerning was a note included in documentation emailed to me after the appointment. The note stated: "I really hope that mean lady (my name) won't schedule. Such a mean person." The comment was attached to Lynna Bui's name and profile picture with her family, clearly indicating she wrote it. Receiving internal remarks of this nature in patient documentation is highly inappropriate and unethical, to say the least. When Lynna Bui entered the room, she stated that she had been informed I typically take prophylactic antibiotics before dental visits and told me that if I chose to take them and wait, she would no longer have time to examine me. This occurred after I had already spent nearly an hour in the office and completed the required imaging and photographs, including a CT scan, all of which required payment. I informed her that I am immunocompromised, which was clearly documented in my medical history forms, and asked whether I could periodically rinse during the examination to avoid swallowing plaque or debris. Lynna, however, told me there was not enough time for that accommodation. While I could elaborate on additional interactions during the visit, the overall experience left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable as a patient. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others seeking periodontal care to consider alternative providers, as I will be doing.

I had been asking around everywhere but after seeing Dr. Bliss, she took the time to thoroughly explain my options and ended up fixing my chipped tooth and discoloration beautifully without veneers. It looks amazing!! You honestly can't tell I ever had a filling, and now I don't think I'll ever need veneers. She completely exceeded my expectations. Dr. Bliss was incredibly kind, professional, and patient, explaining everything step by step even though it was a last minute appointment and I knew she was busy. I do not recommend if you are a higher anxiety patient …read more I saw Dr. Hoang and not Dr. Bliss so I can't opine on Dr. Bliss. Dr. Hoang's work is low quality: She didn't take the time to polish off of the silver marks my old filling left behind before putting on the new tooth-colored filling and her scan of my teeth resulted in a bite guard so poor fitting another dentist was afraid to adjust it because he thought it needed so much adjusting that it would break. Lastly, I had to see another dentist to adjust the filling because Dr. Hoang left the filling too high and without a proper bite adjustment. However, the most massive issue with Dr. Hoang is that I did not consent to any dental work without nitrous and she proceeded anyways including not one, not two but three numbing injections and the majority of the filling work without nitrous. The front desk staff, assistant and hygienists (sorry I don't know the difference) could not have been any kinder and more understanding of the situation. I am grateful for them.

Spoke with a gentlemen for about 10 minutes answered a few questions, he gave me bunch of info and scheduled me for soonest appointment which was about 2 weeks out. Double checked everything seemed super nice. A few days before appointment I get call from staff saying it's not actually free for me, and I have to pay $150. Super bait and switch. Could have booked a free consultation with another provider but now I'm probably gonna have to wait another week or two since they delayed me. Do not recommend. Don't waste your time!

I've been with Dr. Gallez (and his predecessor Dr. Poulos) for many years and have received…read moreexcellent care, from wisdom teeth extractions to routine cleanings to gum surgery to bone grafts as well as 3 implants (so far). The quality of these services has always been outstanding and as someone with teeth that require a lot of care I can say this has made a big difference in my life. Recently I broke the screw of one of my implants, and despite it being wedged inside the implant Dr. Gallez was able to expertly extract and replace it, free of charge. The office staff always makes me feel very welcome, and I have never felt that anyone was rude or indifferent to my needs. I would, however, recommend to clarify all financial arrangements ahead of time, since Dr. Gallez is not part of any network any more (I think), and you may be expected to pay immediately after the treatment and get reimbursed later (which the office will help you with).

I moved to One Dental over a year ago when my longtime dentist Dr. Ravizza retired and his new replacements suddenly recommended multiple fillings and even a crown, despite me never having issues before. I had already clearly stated I could do AFTERNOONS. Two weeks later I get a call and then a text asking if I'd like to be added to the "ASAP list". I thought I already was?! I was contacted AGAIN a few days later asking about my availability. How many times do I have to spell out I can come in the afternoons?! By this point, they're too much and I ask that they take me off the list. It's too much communication. May 27th comes along and I realize I've received no communication about my appointment on the 28th. I text them to find out they canceled my appointment. I NEVER told them to cancel my appointment. I simply didn't want to be constantly bothered about their "ASAP list". It's really unacceptable that they canceled an appointment I waited almost 3 months for. I was really hoping to have a good dentist 5 minutes from my house but no such luck. I was not interested in rescheduling as I completely lost trust in this office.
