This place is an absolute SCAM - I feel bad for the people who trusted them enough to drill their perfectly healthy teeth. I came to this place based on reviews for check-up and cleaning. They didn't even do the cleaning, and told me I had 7 cavities that I needed to get filled ASAP (along with Invisalign and all the other additions they try to sell you on). I thought it was a bit suspicious since I only had 2 cavities since my last cleaning 6 months ago... I went to get a second opinion elsewhere and low and behold, I only have 1 cavity. This place just wanted to do fillings in perfectly fine teeth to make some more $$. They don't care about the health of their patients at all. This post has been long overdue. I got porcelain crown on the 6 front teeth. I had to get Invisalign down first then get the porcelain crowns. I have very sensitive teeth and I get anxiety while getting my teeth work on. Dr. Chawla always personalize to my needs. The whole staff is amazing and has great customer service. They answer all your questions even if I ask the same one haha. They understand patients with anxiety and make you feel comfortable. I've been going here for a while, but my last experience was so bad, I'm not going back. She filled an unnecessary filling, badly. It wasn't causing me pain before and it was causing pain after she put it in. Additionally, she did a poor job numbing that part of my mouth and was getting aggressive when I flinched and she got defensive when I told her to numb it more. Additionally, they took literally 24 X-rays of my face. Just a bad job all around On top of that, she wouldn't stop pushing InvisaLine, even though my teeth are pretty straight. Great customer service, attentive, very caring, and calls to check up on how I was doing. I referred my boyfriend here and he came and got check up too. Dr was very attentive and goes out of her way to show the before and after, what she did and why. She keeps patient in the loop rather than performing the procedures and go on your way. My only discontent is getting fillings in because I loose the surface and the actual bone of my tooth, which creates sensitivity. Since I got both top sides done, I hurt when I eat hot or cold food. I can feel it go up my roots and jaw to my head. She did her best with coating it, but I think it is just my sensitivity. There's no technology out that that's going to be able to remove the decay and still have the tooth feeling like before with original bone. read more

Very disappointed in their service. If you work all day and can't confirm your appt they will just cancel it. They say it's a policy so we as the patient don't receive a late cancellation charge? If you have a late cancellation policy in place and patient is aware of it then why you you just start canceling people appts when they can't confirm. The response I received that this confirmation policy is in the email and new patient contract.... hmm how does that make it any better? Makes no sense and is very frustrating for the patient. You cannot get a better dentist than Dr. Chawla. She is fantastic. She is gentle, incredibly considerate of my fear of the dentist, and always puts me at ease. I've had numerous procedures done there, from fillings to more extensive work and even Invisalign and I am always so happy with my results. After not seeing a dentist for about 2 years, I was recommend to Lotus Dental Group by a friend. I emailed over, and was quickly greeted with an energetic response by Cassandra, the receptionist, who was extremely helpful in finding a time to be seen that would fit my busy schedule and with checking my insurance. After my first visit, which was entirely covered by Delta Dental, I found I needed more cavities filled then I care to admit.
