No one greeted me as I walked in, I spent some time perusing the store with no one coming and asking if they could help me find something. I actually DID want the assistance. There were three attendants at the store, two men and a lady. One of the men did not even acknowledge me and he was right there at the register. The gentleman with the shaved head was the only friendly one. I want to support local businesses but with that kind of "service," I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

But they don't have all the different products for that scent anymore. Makes sense --- since they now also have a bunch of new ones that I am excited to try like the Bergamot Shiso and their Enoki Cedar. Parking on the street in front of the shop is difficult, but I was able to find one two blocks away. Got some steps in. Their Teakwood & Tobacco is one of my favorites and I got some refill. Glad they are open weekday. No crowd. Friendly staff. I love how they have a big airy space so the scents don't become overwhelming.
