This wasn't some frozen patty; it was fresh, real salmon and easily the best burger I've had in a long time. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, making the short wait for fresh-cooked food feel like part of the experience. I love knowing that there is real cooking happening in that kitchen. Went today to pick up my 2 free cinnamon rolls. Ordered ahead online and they were brought to my car. Very convenient! The cinnamon rolls here are to die for! Sourdough and cinnamon roll isn't something I would have thought could taste so good together! And as always the centers are full of cinnamon and sugar deliciousness. Since the promotion can only be ordered in person and not online, I waited at the checkout screen to place an additional order. The employees completely ignored me and acted as if I wasn't even standing there. I waited several minutes with no acknowledgment whatsoever. I eventually had to verbally call out just to get someone's attention so I could place my order. Instead of apologizing for the wait, the employees were incredibly rude and glared at me as though I was inconveniencing them for simply trying to purchase another item. I've never felt so unwelcome as a paying customer. Basic customer service, like acknowledging someone who's waiting to order, should be the bare minimum. This experience left a very negative impression, and I won't be returning.
