The icing is overly sweet and the white cake was supposed to be wedding white but it's a buttermilk white. It's tangy, tastes off and the blue icing had so much color it has that dye aftertaste. The cake is pretty but it's not good. I don't know what my friend paid for it but I am guessing it was pricey because it was custom. I love supporting local but not if it's a poor product. I would think twice before buying a custom cake here.
