I don't know a lot about fashion, but they knew which questions to ask to guide me to how I wanted the coat to look. A couple of weeks later, my coat was finished. I was also a bit put off by being asked to pay upfront the first time I dropped clothes off, which felt inconsistent since I wasn't charged upfront on a later visit. As a person of color, I couldn't help but wonder if that was the reason, which made the experience uncomfortable. Between the high prices, lackluster customer service, and that inconsistency, I won't be returning. It's a shame since this place is right up the street, but I'm confident I can find better service and prices elsewhere.

I just bought some new pants and was going out of town on a business trip. Imperial Dry Cleaners was able to get it finished in 2 days when other tailors seemed to take about a week. $15 a hem is about what I would expect to pay as well. Overall very satisfied so far and will come back when I need more work done.
