When I returned to this shop, Full Circle, Michael restated that it was the timing belt and he knew this because he heard it before replacing my valve. I asked him did he hear it after replacing the valve he said he didn't listen for it. No way! You don't look over your work after completing it. He said my car was going to break down if I didn't fix it. He also recommended I replace my breaks and tires which are barely eighteen months old. TRUST ME, you do not want to take your car here.

Never again will I take any of our vehicles here…read more First off, I paid $212 last week for the turbo gasket and cam shaft cover for a 2014 Chevy Cruze, only later to find out this was covered under the power train warranty! My fault for trusting them and not calling the dealer first. I was told if the engine light comes back on, that means the turbo is out and I need to take it to the dealer. Engine light came back on 2 days later, I called the dealer, made an appointment. On the 3rd day, the car started leaking oil. I called Lou and asked him specifically, did he do anything to the car that would have caused an oil leak. He said NO. I told him I had an appointment at the dealership and would have them look into. Very next day realize that nearly ALL THE OIL had drained from the engine. Not just drained but exploded like a volcano under the hood. First thought, blown head gasket. Dealer has the car for a day....conclusion - the part I paid for wasn't installed properly, bolts were not tightened on top of the engine and the Cam Shaft cover had to be replaced AGAIN! ! I went to the shop with my diagnostic from the dealer and was greeted with the most disrespectful attitude I've ever encountered. So likewise I displayed the same disrespect to Lou. Unbelievable! Just admit you made a mistake that nearly caused the engine to blow and refund my money. But instead I was told he wasn't listening to it and have a nice day. A basic fuck you, get out of my shop. Although he was swamped with business, the owner took time to test drive my car and tighten some things up, so I could safely get back home and have my local ASE mechanic check it out. While he didn't charge me despite my protests, I'd say that by the number of cars being repaired or waiting to be repaired his rates are reasonable. I orginally asked for a simple throttle body cleaning and the guy behind the counter said what they…read moredo is shoot some chemistry thru the inlet of the throttle body and i had left with a symptom the car didnt have after they had custody of it..im sitting in the waiting room and i can hear them reving the engine to 5000rpms at least and then i see their person roll out to test drive my property ...he comes back parks the car in the rear to hide their shame ..the guy charged me $182 dollars for 1 hour labor and the chemistry ..so i get int the car after they gave me back my key..i start it ..the idel surges past 2000rpm and throws a check engine light ..and putting it in gear was jolting the whole car cause the idel was stuck at 1500 rpm ..and still has not got any better since a month later and it still thows codes still idels too high ..the did look at it on the original day later in the afternoon ..told me the issue was my MAF sensor and so i replaced it ..they asked for another bite of the apple ..i refused ...cause they seem clueless here and quiet frankly ..they were looking to be in my pocket as deep as they can get ..thanks obrien since you dont know a throttle body relearn ..or to just clean the throttle body ..i now gots to spend 100's of dollars trying to chase down what ever you people did to my car ..dont reply ..just go way like everyone else should ..they always put the blame on the customer ..and isnt that special ..

They didn't pressure me into any services, it was such a breath of fresh air! Their lobby is extremely clean and welcoming, with snacks and drinks available while you wait. They also offer a courtesy shuttle if you don't want to wait.
