I just recently had to call them and ask if my plates were in since my temporary had expired over a week prior.. I would not recommend buying from them based on my experience. read more

Stay away from these thieves. I took my 4 wheeler in for a tune up and a new battery. With no contact from them in almost two months, they called and asked for 3,800 for a total rebuilt engine. Run, drive as fast as you can from this place. No phone calls, no signed work orders, hold times over 40 minutes just to find out it is not done! read more

Terrible customer service. Horrid service center. Over the past two years I have used this dealership periodically for repairs. My motorcycle is a Yamaha and they are a Yamaha dealer. They are over priced for repairs and charge $86 dollars just to diagnose the problem. They even charged me $86 diagnostic when I mentioned that the speedometer cable was clearly bad and needed it replaced. They then repaired my motorcycle. 6 months later the speedometer goes out again and so I take it to a different dealer and they inform me Escape Motorsports put the wrong part on my motorcycle. It wasn't even suppose to fit my motorcycle to begin with. Management was kind enough to recognize they were wrong and refunded my money for the part and labor. Upon leaving I verified the return slip and notice that they only refunded me $39.15 for a part that cost $39.99. The fact that they then stiffed me a full refund on a part they installed incorrectly is just plain bad ethics. On a separate occasion took a tire to get replaced. A week later no call to tell me to come get it. Called to see if it was done and they claimed the tire needed a new inner tube. I asked why because when I brought it in the tire was fully inflated and had been for the past year+. They then tried telling me a free tire install would now cost me $30. Everytime I have taken my motorcycle in, I have never had a good experience. read more

Beware of Escape. Most people get stuck going to them because they are convenient to Provo riders, but don't chance it. I took my bike in to get a recall fixed and now it has a bunch of ugly scuffs on my hard leather saddle bags. I'm told that because I can't prove it, they don't have to do anything. I pointed out all the cosmetic issues that were there before, showing I have no problem taking accountability for what was already there, but I definitely did not take my bike in with the black leather rubbed off. So shady and heartbreaking. No responsibility for what they did. They lost a customer and I hope that I can save other people the hassle of dealing with what I went through. Its worth the drive to go somewhere else. read more

I have purchased many motorcycles and ATVs and every time I try to give these guys a chance to have my business and give me a good honest out the door price I just get the runaround or even told they don't have it in stock but if it's worth their while they'll get it. And this is for motorcycles people not just parts and what not! The sales department in particular is very rude and I don't even think they care if they make money or not. They will not tell you the breakdown of what the pricing is they won't even tell you how much registration and license or any fees are. Don't waste your time here drive a little further and get a good honest deal and no extra added "fees" go to Big Pine Sports in Fairview UT where you will be treated like a customer! read more

The sales department is fine, willing to help and provide any service possible. However, the maintenance/service department is a joke. I've been to them a few time (sometimes due to necessity, other times for simplicity) and they have always disappointed. Their service isn't bad, but how they go about that side of the business leaves a lot to be desired. They take way longer than they state, the find some random extra reason to add onto the total, or they're unwilling to fix. They're lazy and unprofessional, grease monkeys to the upmost degree. Buy there if you want, but get your service done somewhere else. read more

It's kinda too bad that this is the only larger motorcycle service shop in Provo. They put the rear tire on backwards on my CBR600rr. Yes, it is very clearly a directional tread tire. Then after I had them fix it (free of charge, good) they didn't make sure the chain slack was to spec, and my rear sprocket stripped within 3 days (bad, very bad). A couple of the mechanics really know their stuff. I wish I could remember names. But overall it's not a great place and the owner doesn't give a crap about customers. read more

I concur with the previous review. Very poor service. Very poor communication. Very SLOW!!!! Mechanics are morons!! You get what you pay for. Here, you pay for poor service. They will strand you out in the middle of nowhere when you bike breaks down after they "service" it. read more
