We loaded our Razor onto a trailer, drove 1 hour and 30 minutes, and even received a call confirming we were on our way. After arriving and sitting down, we were told the machine we were trading for was not even there. That is unacceptable!!!! You knew we were coming. We live over an hour away. Loading and hauling a Razor is not a small task. We rearranged family plans and missed events because we were prepared to move forward. This was a complete waste of our time and a serious failure in communication and customer service. We will not be returning. Absolutely lost our business. At one point I could no longer unlock the Driver's side door from the outside or inside as the long metal arm between the locking peg and the lock itself broke off. No one made or sold that part anymore. I thought I'd have to finish my last year without a car, and then my first couple paychecks after that trying to get a newer one. The mechanics at Mitchell machined a new part and then installed it for about $20. The car saw me through commissioned officer training in the Air Force, and my young family to our first duty station on the East Coast.
