During that visit, Justine explained the Gold Lifetime program ($1,895) and said she would come to my home about every 2-3 weeks for continued training. Based on that explanation, I decided to purchase the program. However, the first session under the program lasted only about 30 minutes. When I asked about the next visit, Justine said future sessions would be done through FaceTime instead of in-home training. During the initial lesson, I clearly explained that Happy does not pull on the leash. Despite this, Justine brought a metal collar designed to prevent pulling and tried to put it on Happy, which was confusing and disappointing. I also explained that because Happy is a small dog, I wanted to learn proper heel training so he could walk safely beside me. Instead, Justine said it was fine for him to walk behind me. I do not feel this is safe for a small dog, as he could easily pick something up from the ground or encounter larger dogs from behind. As a result, I paid $1,895 but received only one 30-minute in-person session. My request for a partial refund or reassignment to another trainer was denied. I am sharing this experience so that other customers can fully understand the training approach and contract terms before committing. Clarification: The three-hour visit mentioned by the trainer, Justine, refers to the separate $300 initial lesson, which I paid for in advance and which actually lasted about 2.5 hours. The first session under the $1,895 Gold Lifetime program lasted about 30 minutes. Update: The owner responded claiming I "refused to book lessons." Attached are text screenshots proving the opposite. When I requested in-person visits every 2 weeks, the trainer replied: "I don't work that way" and offered only FaceTime instead. I was taking my dog to Dave for training. We did 12 weeks of training once a week at a local dog…read morepark. The training with Dave was great, and we learned a lot one‑on‑one. I then started using him for boarding and training while we went out of town. The first time I dropped off Koa, I was happy--kind of. He said she had diarrhea and that she had worms. I took her to the vet, and she had no worms. I was surprised he even said that because she gets flea prevention that includes deworming, and she didn't have diarrhea prior to drop‑off. The second time we dropped her off, we left her with probiotics as recommended by her vet because she gets stressed when she's there. That time, there were no problems. The third time she stayed there, it seemed like Dave had new staff members. No one seemed to know I was dropping her off. I told them that she cannot eat food that they leave out all day because she gets diarrhea. Later, I got a text from Dave saying she had diarrhea again and that she had worms. I tried explaining to Dave that she did not and that I had already spoken to the staff. I had also given the staff her food. When we went to pick her up at the scheduled time, they made my husband wait almost an hour because they wanted to give her a bath, which was not discussed prior to pick‑up. They also confused her with another dog on their Instagram, which made me think that maybe she never had diarrhea and that it might have been another dog. No more. I feel like Dave has taken on too many clients, and this is no longer working. Sorry, Dave, but you are no longer trustworthy. I did, in fact, leave my dog with another trainer while we went on vacation, and she didn't have diarrhea. Amazing.

Took my cane corso puppy for 5 day boarding and training. She was bitten in the head and had a…read morepuncture wound on hear jaw and nose. David the trainer lied about it. But it gets worse. She had what seemed like Krazy glue apparently they tried to stop bleeding. She came back with diarreah and worms too. I took her to the vet and 1200 dollars later, deform, antibiotics, probiotics to fix the diarrhea. But that wasn't it. He promised every day there was a video coming of her training. Never got one, except for a 15 second video of my dog and the male cane corso he was trying to get me to take. He didn't feed her the food I provided (she had 5 full days supply and I showed him her portion. His excuse was that he gave her Kirkland because she ram out! Total BS. I measured the amount o give daily. God only knows. She came home and smelled like shit! Never take tour dogs to this fool. He at first blamed the wound on his shock collars but they don't cause puncture wounds. He later admitted his dog bit her. He dropped her off Never made mention of any issue and lied. Needless to say I don't think she was trained at all. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR FAMILY PET TO THESE lying weakass excuse of a trainer! Yes I am suing them and hopefully put him out of business!

Mark was so great with Oso on his first try and really encouraged him to get the best out of his exercise. He truly cares about the dogs and it shows. He gave us great explanations as to what he does, how they're not trying to exhaust the dogs, and how beneficial it is physically but also mentally! Since Oso is a Samoyed I feel like this activates his ancestry genes of pulling reindeer in Siberia which this exercise really enriched him mentally in a way that I've never seen. Oso was way more calm the rest of the day and dare I say even sweeter than usual after his run and I'm sure he (and I) cannot wait to book again! This is a great outlet for those in the South Bay looking to do something extra for the pup all conveniently at home.

My puppy can get overstimulated with a lot of dogs in a small area and can be intimidated with big dogs so they took that into consideration and just had one puppy companion and a turtle haha! The area in which he would stay was clean, well secured, and perfect for tons of play and naps. He came back happy and pretty exhausted from all the playing. That's all I could ask for! I will definitely be using their services again if I need overnight boarding :)

Jesse is amazing! He helped us a lot with our dog Yoshi. He is a 1 year old GS, Husky, Cattle dog…read moremix with a whole lot of energy. We could barely get him to pay attention and walking him was a nightmare. He stayed with Jesse for board and train for 4 weeks and came back so much better. Now we're able to go on walks comfortably and get him to settle down and really listen to us when we're giving him commands. Jesse checked in with us once a week while Yoshi was with him and sent videos and updates on Yoshis progress. We also saw updates via his IG story which was fun to watch. Once Yoshi came home, we had two training sessions with Jesse. The first one was on Yoshis first day back. We recapped everything he learned and he taught us how to properly use each command and walking etiquette. We then had a follow up session a couple of weeks later to brush up on what we learned and go over any other questions or concerns we had.
