Proof of the 90 minutes of homework we were expected to do 4 days a week.

Update 12/1/24: My last update, unless something changes. To close the loop - as soon as I said my review could not be bought, I never heard a word from Marco again. We never received the additional training we were offered and accepted. We never received the refund we were offered and accepted. Given our experience, I have no choice but to believe the vast majority of the reviews were bought. My recommendation is to save your money and find another trainer. We'll take our $5k loss and lick our wounds. So many ways this could have been addressed and remedied and they went the shady route.

PA has been a blessing for our family! The structure and outstanding level of support during the most formative time in you and your puppy's life is priceless. They helped us thru all the troublesome stages from 12 weeks to 5 months old. We get compliments daily while walking her about how good she is and people are shocked how at 5 month's old she is as well behaved as she is. Can not recommend them enough !!!

Excellent program! I would not have been able to keep my puppy if it weren't for them. They trained her in grooming, socializing, heeling with walks, no longer pulling, barking is under control, etc. They took my 10 week old puppy and taught her manners so I can take her anywhere. Not to mention teaching her potty training within a few weeks with their crate program. They give you daily repots on what to work on at home and absolutely loved my puppy. I highly recommend. Sparky, personal trainer which I had 4 private sessions with is AMAZING! He is like the dog whisper. As is Josh and Miriam who worked with my pup daily while she was at school. I absolutely couldn't have done it without them. Beautiful graduation ceremony at the end as well. The program is worth every penny. Thank you so much Puppy Academy!! Miss you guys so much ‍

Truly the best staff and best experience. Everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable. Our puppy loves the staff and other puppies and is super comfortable there, which makes us comfortable. Helped make puppyhood so much easier for what felt like something that would be impossible for a working couple. Totally worth it! Can't say enough good things

The puppy academy was AMAZING to work with!! I sent my 4 month old corgi puppy to them and they helped shape her into a dog that is potty trained, friendly, great on walks, and great at home. She responds to commands and plays well with others. I am so thankful for all of the trainers who answered all of the many questions I had as a first time dog owner!! I feel like I have the knowledge and tools now to keep my puppy on the path to growing into a well behaved dog! I am no longer overwhelmed or worried I am training my puppy incorrectly! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Frankie sitting well-behaved at a busy beach walk restaurant - without the The Puppy Academy I don't think this would be possible.

Worth every Penny! We were in over our heads with our 1st puppy (Frankie, a Whippet). Taking her to The Puppy Academy was the best decision for us! Not only did I know she would be closely watched and cared for the entire day, I could see the results in her behavior at home within a couple weeks. It's a commitment. If you put in the work outside of class and commit to their practices your pup will transform before your eyes. We were extra thankful for their owner sessions within the program, which help you become more confident in your at-home training & reinforce the work they do. When her 1st 36-ish sessions were coming to an end we asked about additional classes and to our delight they accepted her for 24 more sessions of which she (we) really benefitted. I only wish we enrolled her sooner!

We had such a wonderful experience with our pup at The Puppy Academy!! The trainers and staff were all amazing & really helped us with our puppyhood journey! Charlie (our King Charles Cavalier mix) is much more well adjusted to going on walks and has gotten his basic commands down. We loved the piece of mind having our pup learning at the Puppy Academy & would absolutely recommend the program to anyone looking for a good training school program for their puppies! Kimberly and Stephany were super communicative and flexible with requests. Thank you so much to all the trainers at the Puppy Academy! :)

Puppy Academy! This facility is amazing when it comes to training your new pup :) The early puppy stages can be real ruff, but with puppy academy they made this transition so much smoother/easier and made us puppy parents more confident when raising our little boy. Communication with Kimberly was amazing with any needs and scheduling we needed to accommodate my schedule, as well as, my husbands. Shout of to Paula! Amazing with our little Obi with his training and being patient with him. All the trainers were amazing! 10/10 would recommend this program to any new puppy owners. Obi is now able to follow commands, is potty trained, walks with us rather than pulling, able to handle loud noises/stimulation, so kind when socializing with other dogs, and so much more. Not only did Obi learn a lot, but as puppy parents we learned so much too! Thank you so much Puppy Academy!

Puppy Academy is the absolute best! I am so glad I found them. We enrolled our corgi puppy in the academy at 4.5 months. The academy is 36 sessions (about 12 weeks) 3 days a week. Drop off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. Throughout the day, they will work with your puppy to help teach them basic commands, grooming, socialization and leash walking. They post so many cute pups on their social media so you can see what your pup is doing throughout the day. The academy also comes with 4 private owner lessons where a trainer will meet with you and go over what to work on and to answer any questions. Everyone at puppy academy was so nice and I absolutely trust them with my dog. I am so sad that she has graduated but we are now considering to reenrolling her in their grad school program. We took our baby Kona to the Puppy Academy... thoroughly impressed! This is my first puppy, and wanted to make sure she was trained... The Puppy Academy was amazing. They went over everything throughout the process... And the owners meetings were Lifesavers. Paula and Josh were available all the time to go over any concerns we had... And Sparky provided guidance throughout the process. I would highly suggest taking any puppy to the school. They did wonders for our Kona and graduation was amazing!!

Like all new puppy parents we tried to train Bailey ourselves and weren't getting the results we wanted. We decided to find a trainer to help us out and our vet recommended The Puppy Academy. We did our research and The Puppy Academy kept coming up so we contacted them had our meeting and we were sold. After Bailey graduated from The Puppy Academy we entered him in Grad School to get his doctorate. We love Puppy Academy and would recommend Sparky, Josh and the crew to our friends and family. They have always been helpful and nice when we have new puppy behaviors come up. The customer service always answers our questions in a timely matter and is very helpful as well. We definitely love The Puppy Academy.

We all had the very best experience with The Puppy Academy.

We all had the very best experience with The Puppy Academy. We learned so much from the trainers and our puppy has developed good habits because of this training. Having a puppy is difficult at times, but The Puppy Academy made easier for us all to adjust to having a puppy. We were provided with a schedule that has really helped our puppy learn to calm herself and helped us understand a puppy's needs.

Like any parent and dog owner, we were heartbroken and overwhelmed, not knowing how to move forward safely. After reading so many incredible reviews about Brian across different forums, we decided to reach out--and I'm so grateful we did. Brian helped us understand Hudson (our dog) on a completely different level. He took the time to explain the fears and anxiety driving Hudson's behavior and gave us practical tools to help him feel more secure and confident. Instead of just addressing the behavior itself, Brian helped us see what Hudson was experiencing and how to support him in a way that actually works. Over time, we've seen such meaningful progress. Most importantly, I now feel so much more comfortable and confident with my daughter interacting with Hudson. That peace of mind is something I truly can't put into words. If you're dealing with a challenging or scary situation with your dog, I can't recommend Brian highly enough. His knowledge, patience, and ability to help both dogs and owners understand each other is truly remarkable. We're incredibly grateful we found him.

He is deeply knowledgeable, his approach is thoughtful, and he truly speaks dog. Brian has worked with an incredible range of dogs and behavior challenges, and it shows. No matter the question or concern, he always had clear, grounded guidance that made sense and actually helped. Brian came highly recommended by our trusted vet, and finding him changed everything for our family. When our Miko turned 8 months old last summer, she suddenly began attacking her brother Rufus with no provocation (no food, toys, or attention) and developed territorial behaviors at home. Up until that point, they were best friends, with Rufus patiently playing with her and teaching her dog manners. It was terrifying and heartbreaking, and at our lowest point, we even had to confront the possibility of re-homing Miko after losing our other dog, Luna, suddenly during her spay surgery last year. Since then, my husband and I have been training and exercising them religiously, spending 3-5 hours a day between the two of us, and Brian was there every step of the way. He was endlessly encouraging and validating, especially on the hard days, helping us stay grounded and hopeful when things felt overwhelming. What truly sets Brian apart is how much he genuinely cares and his extensive experience with dog training. He has always been incredibly generous with his time, offering phone consultations during training and even long after sessions ended. You never feel rushed, judged, or dismissed, just fully supported. We're beyond grateful to say that Miko has now reached 6 months with zero aggression, and the two of my dogs play together again both inside and outside of our home. If you're struggling, losing hope, or just want someone who truly understands dogs in your corner, Brian is the real deal.

And he does have the best time--he still runs in with the same excitement as he did on day one. (I cried that first day when he was just a pup and it was my first time leaving him, but Cami hugged me and told me he was going to be just fine and most happy there - and those words are still true to this day!) During that visit, Justine explained the Gold Lifetime program ($1,895) and said she would come to my home about every 2-3 weeks for continued training. Based on that explanation, I decided to purchase the program. However, the first session under the program lasted only about 30 minutes. When I asked about the next visit, Justine said future sessions would be done through FaceTime instead of in-home training. During the initial lesson, I clearly explained that Happy does not pull on the leash. Despite this, Justine brought a metal collar designed to prevent pulling and tried to put it on Happy, which was confusing and disappointing. I also explained that because Happy is a small dog, I wanted to learn proper heel training so he could walk safely beside me. Instead, Justine said it was fine for him to walk behind me. I do not feel this is safe for a small dog, as he could easily pick something up from the ground or encounter larger dogs from behind. As a result, I paid $1,895 but received only one 30-minute in-person session. My request for a partial refund or reassignment to another trainer was denied. I am sharing this experience so that other customers can fully understand the training approach and contract terms before committing. Clarification: The three-hour visit mentioned by the trainer, Justine, refers to the separate $300 initial lesson, which I paid for in advance and which actually lasted about 2.5 hours. The first session under the $1,895 Gold Lifetime program lasted about 30 minutes. Update: The owner responded claiming I "refused to book lessons." Attached are text screenshots proving the opposite. When I requested in-person visits every 2 weeks, the trainer replied: "I don't work that way" and offered only FaceTime instead. I did not refuse -- the trainer refused to provide the service I paid for.

I had a whole conversation about their unethical sales pitching with the employee while picking up my dog lol. It's "how they keep the place open" - the employee's words, not mine. Astounding. Said employee also asked what I did for a living because I questioned their sales pitch tactics -- I'm in sales. Also, If you need their VIP services for your unspayed or neutered pup, please spend your money elsewhere!! Before committing to a membership, we did a trial day and spent hundreds on drop in days, grooming, and overnight boarding to see if it was a good fit for our high energy pup. Our dog is not neutered and we don't plan on getting him neutered so we chose their VIP rooms. His breed is also extremely high energy and they promised they could accommodate. I also inquired about training multiple times and they kept saying the trainer would contact me. Everything went great after those few visits, they seemed caring and said he was a great fit for a membership so we end up signing up. Then everything went downhill. Upon the first day of the membership, our dog all of a sudden had behavior issues and needed to be picked up. In the middle of my work day I call the shift manager, and he states that if we want our dog to stay, he needs training ... Our dog went a couple of more times until they could finally get me in touch with the trainer, 6 visits later. Actually I had lost complete trust at this facility. To add insult to injury, I was able to speak to one of their actual workers that is with the dogs and she let me know that our dog is only let out for about 10 minutes at a time, maybe 3 to 4 times a day during a 12 hour stay. This is their VIP option. So not only is he left in a room for about 12 hours a day, with dogs barking all around him, he's not being stimulated nor played with just being let out to go to the bathroom. Contradicting everything they say that they offer. Their "trainer" is also a joke. He is supposed to be from the Marines and well-versed in the breed of dog that we have. Upon washing him for 5 minutes, as I was told, he said that our dog needed to be neutered before he could be trained because of his energy. Our dog is a Malinois and is not supposed to be neutered before 2 years of age. We've since went elsewhere to get our dog trained from someone who is actually educated on his breed and he's worked on all of his anxiety and reactivity issues that our pup got because of this place.
