It's a white sauce kind. I take a way one star cuz they ran out of BBQ sandwich and it's only 1PM. In addition to home cooked gumbo the lady also sells fresh shrimps caught from the Bay. I saw some frozen crab meats, fish such as flounder, salmon, amberjack and Mississippi catfish. This is not a formal sitting down diner so don't come in expecting a typical restaurant experience.
