You could also order the succulent lobster roll at $35 (worth every penny) but we come for Nori Nights, every Thursday to Saturday, with two seatings a night to enjoy moreish handrolls with luxurious fillings like caviar and sea urchin. The ambience of the "hidden" restaurant is inviting and lush, with vintage charm and whimsy, like a posh speakeasy. What I saw in the butcher display showed the usual two cuts on the bone. Going home I found that the Filet part was cut and missing. If that's the case I would have just gotten a NY strip. I am disappointed in that and was never something I grew up with and expected from a market like BF.
