Worst experience ever! Where do I start?! First, the lady doing my pedicure did not have any of the tools sterilized she even threw a filer in the water to rinse it off where my feet were soaking. That's where my fear for an infection began. Second, she was so rough she cut me on most of my toes as you can see in the pictures. She also had only massaged me for 5min and was claiming she massaged me for 15min. Lastly, her work was sloppy she painted/cured the polish all around my skin. Then proceeded to clean it up using a file all around my skin which further caused me pain. I am currently very scared as one of my toes is in a lot of pain and a bit swollen. I am hoping it's not infected. I will post a picture of how it's going. Until they change their cleaning regulations and hire people that care I would advise you not stay away from this place. read more

I came here for the first time and will NOT be back very rude and for what I paid the quality and pedicure came out horrible. The gentlemen working on me was very rude and cut my skin and he knew because it was bleeding! I should have walked out at that moment because it didn't get any better once he applied the nail polish. I've been in need of a manicure and I was stuck in traffic when I saw this nail salon and decided to take the risk. It was a little awkward because it was SO QUIET. I'm talking no music and no one really talking. I was cool with it because I never really talk when I get my nails done but it was definitely different. I got a dip manicure and it is honestly the best dip manicure I've ever gotten. It was so thin and even that I can see myself going back. I really only took one star off because the nail tech had her shoe off and was fixing her own feet instead of seating me. It looked unprofessional in my opinion, but I get it. Worst place to do nails. I showed her I picture of the nails I wanted to do and she kept saying she could do it, and in the end could not do what I asked. When she couldn't draw what I asked she tried to use nail stickers to replace the flowers that were meant to be there.when I told her to fix certain things she would give a deep sigh and at one point started saying something that didn't seem very nice in Vietnamese to the other ladies there. In the end I told her just to leave it as they were and left because she kept trying to add charges to what I was getting like adding $20 for a design the she couldn't even do or even had to proper tools for. I showed up at 5:30 pm with an appointment for a pedicure and SNS manicure. They were surprised when I showed up, they acted as if I did not have an appointment. They sat me in one of the regular tables (not pedicure chair) all of the technicians were busy when I arrived. About half way through my manicure more customers showed up with no appointments, they proceeded to sit them and begin working on them. I reminded my technician that I was also there for a pedicure to not forget about me. She made me wait until she was done with my hands to relocate me to a pedicure chair. I waited an additional 10 mins in the chair and no one attended me. The manicure was $45 and didn't even last one week. Terrible service and rude technicians. read more

I USED to love this place but honestly I feel like everytime I've tried going recently they did a horrible job and made me feel like a burden. They don't listen AT ALL and I had to ask for 2 colors about 7 times because they weren't listening to me. My toes are uneven and sloppy and I still paid and had to tip because I was so frustrated already and didn't want to have to deal with more bs. I always get my nails done here because I feel I get the most quality out of my buck here, especially in Norco. An appointment is helpful but not always necessary. Just give them a call beforehand to make sure they can accommodate you at the time. I pay roughly $30 on average to get a gel fill with multiple colors. They take their time and don't rush which I very much appreciate and pay attention to detail. Lena did my nails today & last time I got them filled Julie did them. They both do great work! read more

I came here today to get my feet done, my feet were so dry and had a outrageous amount of dead skin, they finished so quick and the lotion massage was so that's always the best part except the lotion wasn't heated but I'm not complaining. The lady who did my nails did a pretty good job. Did what I wanted for the most part. The reason I am writing this review is for the pricing. They charged me way to much for what I needed done. I got a mediocre pedicure and manicure with a full set. $105 without tip. I can go to another place get a better price and better outcome of what I want. The lady did my toes first. She just did oil, cuticle cut and paint, THATS IT! After that I waited for about 20-30 min until she came back and started to paint them. I believe she just wanted to finish me and go home. Always happy with the way they do my acrylic nails. They are narrow and not too thick. I always get compliments.

Great place and talented staff, many colors to choose from! A couple complaints. 1. Older lady with glasses doing my pedicure on chair 3 did not paint the full toe, along with cutting me on the inside of my toe without telling me nor cleaning the blood. 2. Young guy working needs to work on how he paints nails and overall manicure procedure. He didn't smooth out my nails until I asked him too. He missed the edges, so I asked him multiple times to fix it. After he painted the nails they felt sticky and he did not put the oil, just cleaned it with alcohol. Great shape but sloppy work ethic. This is a pretty pricey place so I expect consistently great work and workers. I left upset at the price and poor job. I'll continue to go but I will NOT go to those 2. read more

My manicurist was very unpleasant. Not only was she unfriendly, she passed gas the whole time. She also seemed to be having a squabble with the other manicurist who was doing my daughter's nails. This was just a simple manicure with polish. The polish was old and thinned out, in fact it has already chipped even though all I've done is wash my hands. Very disappointed. I was in the other evening and the lady who did my nails had someone else help with the transaction when I paid. The person who came to help did not seem to know what she was doing either. She said she made a mistake when she ran my card and needed to run it again. I got charged twice! Once for the correct amount and once for just $2. It's only $2, but I'm so irritated! I don't have time to make a separate trip over there for a measly $2, but on top of the 99 cents they charge for the debit card it really leaves me upset. I will not be back! My nails are good, but not worth the hassle. Side note: the gel lamp was not working properly and got extremely hot and kept shutting off. read more

I've been going to True Touch for about 2 years now, and they've always been amazing to me. My nails always turn out great, and even if I don't schedule an appointment, they're able to fit me right in. Today, I went in around 12pm for a full set of acrylic gel nails. I was seated immediately and Tony began working on me right away. I've gotten my nails done by him several times and he is wonderfully meticulous. Plus, he always asks whether or not you like the way the nails look so you'll always come out with a set you wanted. I wanted a green and white ombré for a holiday feel, and Tony did amazing with just that comment itself (see photos)!! Overall, this nail salon is fantastic and worth visiting. The first time I went the guy did my gel mani and did an amazing job! The polish lasted a whole month almost. I only got them done again because I was sick of the color and it didn't even chip! However the most recent time I went I got a girl whose name I don't remember and she was terrible! I kept saying over and over that I wanted gel and she still gave me a regular pedi and I had to keep reminding her to do it right for my mani. She did redo my toes but the file was terrible they're all uneven and even though I just got the gel a week before they're chipped! My nails & toes were great. B & Emily did fantastic. My low rating is for the way the cashier girl, Jennifer, handles a mistake in payment she had done. She ran my card debit the first time but she said the machine read an error so she ran my card again as credit, it was no problem but it turned out that she double charged me. I head back to let her know and at first she says, okay I'm sorry let me grab you the cash. She almost hands me the cash and then says she's gonna run my card instead. As she's quickly running my card, I ask if the money is going to be straight on my card and she says no. And then I asked if I could just have the cash because it was a large purchase and I needed the money. I told her it wasn't my fault that she ran the card twice. She then said "I apologized but I already ran the card because we did it as credit". Next time, she should take into consideration the amount of the double charge, probably refund as a debit since that's how she ran it and supposedly got an error. Her tone was definitely rude, and she ruined what had been a great experience. read more
