My favorite sushi spot in the area. They have a ton of rolls to choose from, with all the usuals and several specialty options. They have hibachi and other Asian offerings as well but the sushi is my go to! We met friends here for dinner most recently on Wednesday evening and got seated right away. Our server was friendly and the perfect amount of attentive and we all enjoyed our sushi. My favorite is the 381 roll...so good. Definitely check this place out!

5/5 Food Service Ambiance My husband and I really had a wonderful time at this restaurant, will definitely come back!

Wonderful local place with a vast array of sushi rolls, ramen, hibachi and more. We went for some ramen and sushi and both were delicious. I also had a cosmo martini which I loved and was very large for $10. The rolls can get expensive but they're big! The restaurant is small and a little loud but good for groups 2-4 and more if you call ahead. There's a sushi bar and they do a lot of take out orders as well. Only reason I didn't go with 5 stars is because while they took our order and our food came out quickly, we waited very long for anyone to come back and ask for a box or get our check.

We came here with reservations. We still had to wait at the door for the 2 groups who walked in ahead of us. It seemed like the employee in charge of packing to-go orders was also the hostess. She finished packing up an order and then sat the first couple. Then she went back to pack another order. She came back to seat the next group. She was about to leave again when she asked if we had reservations. Since we did, she took us to our table. That was good except we sat at our table for 10-15 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. Yes.. they were busy and short staffed. We were patient and ready to order when our server came by. He was nice and apologetic. I had the hibachi chicken and shrimp. It was good. My sister had the grilled calamari. I would probably order that next time. It was tasty and flavorful. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food. Slow start but finished strong.

The food was great and when we went they were running a special where you could buy a $100 gift card and get a $20 gift card back. The food quality was so good! The fish tasted fresh, Melted in your mouth and the different flavors of the sushi sauces and fillers was great. Wish I remembered the names of the different rolls. We also ordered tempura shrimp/veggies and edamame as starters. They were small but good enough for four adults. The sushi boat came with miso soup and salads. It was meant to be for three but they were so kind to add in a fourth serving of salad and soup :-). Service was really slow but they seemed to be super busy with take out orders. My advice for next time, order take out. The poor servers were slammed which made for waiting 40mins for refills on just the water.

Several weeks ago, we (3 couples) stopped in for drinks after dinner around 9PM. It was fairly crowded, and we had to stand for a bit until some seating opened up. Service was slow, but it is craft drinks, so a bit understandable. However, after about 10 minutes of sitting, my wife bussed our table (multiple glasses, receipts, trash). The bartender was snippy and rude. We ordered another round, then left. Saturday night we returned for drinks after dinner again (8:00PM), this time with 3 other couples (8 people). We arrived first, and while there weren't any seats, it didn't seem as crowded as the last time. However, I over heard one bartender say to the other bartender "I'm not putting up with this shit again", and then proceeded to lock the main door. As our full party had not arrived, we had no choice but to leave. I'm not certian, but I suspect locking the door may be against fire code. After dealing with rude bartenders, and being locked in because the bartenders don't want to deal with a crowd, we certianly won't be going back.

Great drinks and friendly bartenders. Small place with comfortable speakeasy vibe. No food.read more

When the martinis were served, the server Abbe, brought the extra in a tiny carafe in a glass of ice. So unusual and greatly appreciated! I'd give this a 4.25 stars. If you read my reviews, you know that terrible car accidents happen to me after work dinners (see review on The Industry for one such example). Thankfully, dear readers, I did not have any car incidents after THIS specific work dinner. Haha! Anyway, The Bistro of Green is in a strip mall five minutes from my work office and is an institution for locals in the area - people in my group were reminiscing about coming to Bistro multiple times a month before Covid, back when they were open for lunch. The menu seems to change often. They do have a couple specials on a board outside the door that are not on their printed menu, just FYI. Our dinner took over 2 and a half hours, starting with complimentary bread and our drinks of choice. The free bread was fine. I ordered a seasonal cocktail, the Apple Cranberry Sangria, despite cocktails not having a price listed (see menu picture). I tend never to order things that do not have the price listed but the cocktail sounded too good to resist. It was yummy and very sugary and fruity, with added mint leaves that definitely brought it up a notch! Our party also split 4 appetizers: the hot peppers ($13), baked provolone ($14), calamari ($16), and flatbread ($16). As the portions are not meant to be shared between 10 people, I only had a little bit of each. I wasn't into the peppers (too mushy) but the calamari was my favorite! I could see myself ordering this as a dinner just for myself in the future. Two thirds of the hot pepper dish was ignored by the group in the end. For my main, half of which I took home as it was getting very late and my drive back home is almost an hour, I chose to get the Bistro burger (medium rare) and fries ($18). This was chosen based on cost alone - even though I really wanted a chicken or steak dish, I just could not afford them. I am only a lonely assistant, not a CEO! I debated getting one of the other sandwich options, also both $18, but the lack of pictures either on Google or Yelp made me just stick with a burger. My lack of funds kept me from being too adventurous for this dinner, sadly. Next time, I'd be down to try their fancy grilled cheese (or steak, if someone else foots the bill). The burger was good, although not amazing, and the fries were that nice mix of just oily and crispy enough. Service was okay. Things apparently got busy at the bar, so it took longer than it should have for us to get our drinks and food throughout the night. As for vibes, it was nicely decorated for Christmas, lights were dim, and Christmas music played softly in the background. No complaints here! In the end, for a sangria, burger, fries, tax, and tip (plus a 3% surcharge for using a credit card), my dinner cost me over $40. Can you imagine just how much worse the bill would have been if I hadn't gotten the cheapest thing on the menu? Next time, I will also remember to bring cash. And choose a more unique dish.

This review of 35 Brix in Uniontown is me bundling a few visits into one review with an overall…read morescore of 3.5 stars. I've had 35 Brix about 5 or 6 times in the past year - once eating in and 4 or 5 times catered at work. I could have sworn I would have posted a review of my food from 35 Brix by now, but according to Yelp, I have not yet. Long story short, it is a nice place in Uniontown, Ohio with a pretty extensive menu and are okay at catering work lunches, but the food always sounds better then it actually tastes. In the 5 or 6 times I've had lunch from 35 Brix, I have been disappointed in my food 2 or 3 times. The one time I have eaten in, I got a chicken flatbread pizza and enjoyed that very much. However, when ordering my catered lunch of choice, there have been as many hits as misses. Memorably, the reuben sandwich was wayyyy to wet and a bit weak on the meat. Fries can be floppy and unseasoned as well. I do remember enjoying their Cobb salad and was impressed at the freshness of the produce. However, the one time I ordered the Berry Crunch Salad with Blackened Shrimp, I was disappointed to see how stingy they were on the shrimp. For $21, I was expecting more than 3 little shrimpies. As for the lunch from today, (February 11th, 2026), I was feeling like being a fatty but also a health queen and ordered the prime rib wrap (light sauce) and a brix wedge salad as my side (no blue cheese or dressing) which has an upcharge. I had ordered a brix wedge salad back in August 2025 with feta instead of blue cheese and it was quite good. Sadly, my wedge salad was not a winner this time - too few vegetables and they put the blue cheese in there, despite me asking for them not to include it! It was very hard picking out the blue cheese and kind of ruined my salad experience, ngl. My prime rib wrap was a little better. They listened and put the sauce on the side (#healthqueen) but this $16 wrap was a bit skimpy on the prime rib. Tasted good though. So 35 Brix isn't a 5 star joint for me, despite some of the good meals I have had here. They tend to mess up orders from time to time too. I do recommend trying their food for yourself though! Some of the items are quite creative, like the sweet potato pizza or the bougie pierogies! I do wish to try one of their cocktails too!

I liked how much food you got and how you had a few options to choose from. Food: * pineapple passion mojito - 5/5 absolutely DELICIOUS. It was a perfect drink to have with dinner. It was light and refreshing with just enough sweetness. * chicken and pork bao - 4/5 super yummy! I actually liked the pork more than the chicken. It was almost like a buttery taste. It was soft and the meat just fell apart. The chicken was good too but was more on the tough side, probably because it was fried. * spicy beef ramen - 5/5 I will absolutely be back to get this again. Just the right level of spice. All the ingredients were fresh, well made, and delicious. It's the type of food that you can't help eating more of even though you're beyond full. * crispy chicken ramen - 3.5/5 This was still a good choice! I loved the chicken in it. I think this is a very safe choice for anyone who might be on the more picky side. The broth was good but not spicy. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! The food took a little longer than expected to come out, and not everything hit the table at the same time, so a few of us were eating while others were still waiting. Not the end of the world, but it's always nicer when everyone gets to dig in together. Now for the good part...the food was definitely worth talking about. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I don't think anyone at the table had a bad meal, so major props to the kitchen. The only thing that really held this visit back was the service. Our server started off really pleasant, but as the night went on she became less attentive and seemed a little frustrated. We found ourselves waiting quite a while for things while she seemed much more engaged with her other tables. By the time we were ready to pay, she was crouched down on her phone and looked a little annoyed that she had to stop what she was doing to cash us out. We all have off days, so I'm hoping that's all it was. We actually rated the experience a 7.5/10 while we were sitting there, and for us that's a solid score because we're pretty tough critics. The food absolutely carried the night. Unfortunately, the service knocked it down a bit. We all work in the restaurant industry ourselves, so we're usually the first people to give grace because we know how chaotic a shift can get. I'd definitely come back for the food and hope we just caught our server on an off night
