This is the newest Hyde Out location (in Green/Uniontown) and I've been wanting to try it since they opened! I'm so happy I did! First of all, I am extremely excited about their Baked Mussels. It is one of my favorite dishes, and it's so hard to find in Northeastern Ohio! When I found out Hyde Out makes them, I knew this would be one of my regular places to dine! Let's talk about cleanliness and friendliness and ambiance. The restaurant itself is very clean, as are the bathrooms. This is a very good sign! I always check the bathrooms (and wash my hands) before eating, and a clean bathroom usually means a clean kitchen. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive! Everyone smiles at you and greets you, even when they are extremely busy. The ambiance of the restaurant is a combination of modern décor, romance, and also somehow good for business meetings! They have an excellent menu (please try the Baked Mussels under the "Sushi Appetizers" part of the menu) and they are willing to accommodate people who are on restrictive diets (for example, low-carb/keto, vegetarian, etc.) I ordered Baked Mussels and two "Special Rolls" (18. Out of Control Roll & 19. Crazy Jalapeño Roll). If you order two "Special Rolls", you get miso soup and a salad, as well. The soup is delish and has that desired umami flavor that I love! The house salad has roe which elevates it. And as for the Out of Control Roll & Crazy Jalapeño Roll, they were outstanding! It's hard to decide which was my favorite. Am I allowed to have two favorites? You absolutely need to come to Hyde Out in Green/Uniontown if you live in the area or are visiting.

If your looking for some epic and delicious sushi, this is the place for you! Their sushi are decently priced, made fresh, and are loaded with ingredients. If you know, you know.. lol if sushi ain't ur thing, no problem. They have a variety of other options you can choose from such as noodles, rice dishes, etc... Would definitely recommend if your a fan of Asian cuisine :)

How the salad looks right after opening it. The bottom was soggy and brown

Last weekend we took a Saturday morning trip to the Hartville Marketplace & Flea Market, and it…read moreturned out to be such a fun outing! When you first pull in, you're greeted by the huge marketplace sign, and right on the corner is the garden center--complete with the famous Bigfoot that everyone seems to stop and pose with. I was surprised to learn that vendors can rent a 10x10 outdoor space for just $22 a day. The catch is you reserve the same day each week for four weeks in advance, since the flea market is only open four days a week. $27.00 under the pavilion but there's a waiting list. Before we started shopping, we stopped at Sarah's Grill for lunch. Their burgers were delicious--fresh tomato, crisp lettuce, sweet onion... definitely worth the stop! Then came my favorite find of the day... strawberries! They were advertised at $5 a flat. When I picked one up, I noticed a few moldy berries underneath. The vendor immediately smiled and offered them to me for $4 a flat instead. Sold! I brought home two flats, which worked out to about 16 quarts of strawberries. Of course, I couldn't leave without grabbing a bag of fresh kettle corn--that's become one of my favorite flea market traditions! Like any flea market, there was a little bit of everything--the good, the bad, and the ugly. Some booths looked freshly stocked, while others looked like they hadn't changed in weeks. But that's part of the adventure. You never know what treasure you'll stumble across. When we got home, I immediately flash-froze most of the strawberries, and the rest became homemade freezer jam. All in all, it was a wonderful way to spend a Saturday morning--good food, great bargains, and a freezer full of summer to enjoy later. Have you ever been to the Hartville Marketplace? What's your favorite thing to hunt for there?

I like visiting Duma Meats. They carry all different kinds of meats, cheese, honey, etc. Good prices for excellent products. There is a small food court inside as well. The interior vibes are the same; open, spacious, and clean. However, the food and most importantly, the staff, no longer maintain the quality that made me a regular in the first place. Artisan used to have amazing coffee and excellent food, but the coffee is no longer very good. I think this is due to the staff. The food has significantly declined in quality. The hollandaise on their breakfast sandwich is now a broken, greasy mess. The "sourdough" is generic white bread. What's even worse than the food is the staff. In the last two years, the staff has degenerated to an incompetent , bedraggled mess. The staff has never had to wear a uniform, but perhaps it's time for them to institute one. In my last several visits, I've seen grossly oversized clothes that have the staff looking like they just rolled out of bed. Hair is unkempt, not brushed, loose, and hanging down past their shoulders. A recipe for getting hair in my food. Furthermore, the staff is no longer smiling or friendly and can't answer basic questions about the menu. They seem confused about where they are and the service they provide. On top of all this, they maintain their strict breakfast timeframe. Why they have decided to stick to antiquated time limits for the food that is always available in their kitchen is beyond me. The barest minimum of market research would show how popular breakfast sandwiches are all day. What once was a vibrant, friendly coffee shop with great food, good coffee, and pleasant employees now feels like a dressed up McDonalds.

This place is a charmer for sure and has a vibe to it that is cozy. The space itself is larger than what I was expecting and it was nice that they offered additional parking across the street as their lot is small and gets full very quickly. The space also has a stage and lots of windows for natural light which I loved. The baristas were all very friendly and knowledgeable about the different drinks and what they offered, which was really nice. Unfortunately, I did not try any food, but their menu offers a wide range of breakfast and lunch options including sandwiches, soups, bakery and more. I reached for the cold brew and a friend got a lavander matcha lattee. The drinks were good, nothing out of this world but I was glad they offered additional cream, sugar, etc out in the open in case people decided they wanted to add anything to their drinks. They offer a wide range of drinks including some really interesting specialty drinks which all sound fun to try. Overall, Artisan Coffee is a cute, charming coffee shop that offers a wide variety of food and drink and I am sure you will find something you enjoy at this cafe. If I am ever in the area again, I would definitely consider coming back here to sit down rather than to-go.
