I'm late in posting this review. The Kaseya Center is an awesome arena for Miami Heat games, concerts, and other events. The facilities are excellent. The Courtside Club is a blast of energy and good drinks. The restrooms are kept clean and orderly. The independent vendors have popular items to sell. The overall energy is amazing. Last November, my daughter scored courtside seats for the Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets game. I can't tell you how exciting it was to be so close to the players and all of the action! Especially Jimmy Butler, who commands so much attention. We had so much fun screaming and rooting for the Heat! Unfortunately, they lost 112-97. There is plenty available parking in the garage, parking lot, and private vendors. read more

Hadn't been to a Heat game in quite a while so this was a treat with a Win! Kaseya center is great. Very nice and updated. Several nice food vendors and bars. I had pizza at the end of the night which was good. Of course the drinks are pricey as to be expected but it was a great time. The divine nine shut down the half time show with dope performances. Someone proposed during one of the breaks which was so heart warming also. So I truly enjoyed the experience. Can't wait to go back. read more

I'm a big fan of the exterior. Checkin is efficient but with big events the streets and parking around can be a bit chaotic. I find the seats and walking areas in the arena uncomfortably small though. There were no places to put your drinks, it's pretty tight vs your neighbor and the steps are quite small. Kinda wish they were more generous with comfortable seating for such a popular arena. Otherwise I can see why it's a fun spot for a basketball game or concert. read more

The Kaseya Center is a fantastic spot for Miami Heat games. As a regular visitor with my son and husband , I can say it's a perfect place for a great family atmosphere. The arena is clean and spacious, and they really know how to get the crowd hyped before and during the game. My son loves every visit! I recommend coming early for parking. The only downside is the steep concession prices, but that's arena life. Maybe consider eating before the game....in spite of that, it's a great environment and always a fun time at Miami Heat games! read more

The Heat team always put on a great show; pregame, during, halftime, and after. My only negative was the food this time. The prime burger spot pictured the burgers with lettuce and cheese and such but what we received was just a patty and cheese and bun. Drinks were good at least. I visited this arena for the first time ever for Kylie Minogue's Tension Tour in April 2025. Generally, I liked the place. The arena is not that big. From what I found online, its capacity is about 19,000 people, and it definitely felt pretty compact inside. The good thing is that you get a clear view of the stage from pretty much anywhere. For example, my seat was in Sec 107, Row 16, and I absolutely loved it! The view of the stage was very clear, and the whole audience area was easy to see too. Don't be scared to book Section 107, specifically Row 16, if you're looking for a good seat and also trying not to spend too much on the ticket (as I remember, for Kylie's concert, the price difference between my Row 16 and Row 14 was $50. But those rows are so close, it would feel exactly the same - no need to overpay). Before the show started, I walked around the auditorium a bit to take some photos, including from the sections directly across from the stage. Even though those spots have a front-facing view, you're much farther away, and in my opinion, the view is not as nice or clear as from side sections like 107. Now about the actual seats - they were just okay in terms of comfort. I wish they were a bit wider and softer. The positive thing is that they all had cup/bottle holders built into the back. The auditorium seemed modern and well-equipped for high-tech shows. Kylie's concert had tons of laser lights that went all the way through the space. I also loved the two big screens on each side of the stage, the video quality on them was excellent. The sound was great too; the arena has solid sound system support. The whole arena looked really good both inside and out. Everything was very clean, including the men's restrooms. And by the way, the restrooms were located near pretty much every entrance to the auditorium (at least the one I used), which is super convenient. There were also lots of food courts on the lower level where I was, with a good variety of snacks and drinks. Another big plus was access to a large outdoor veranda where you can chill and enjoy beautiful views of Miami. There was also a bar in the middle of it, but it wasn't working for some reason. The location of the arena is great - right in Downtown Miami, on the waterfront. I live in Edgewater, and it was easy for me to get there. I actually walked, and it took about 20 minutes, just a straight shot down Biscayne Blvd. And I'm glad I did, because traffic near the arena was heavy. It's like that in the area almost every day, so I recommend walking if you can. Or, if you're using a car or Uber, leave it a few blocks away and walk the rest. Big tip from me: after the show, don't try to order Uber or Lyft right next to the arena. Walk 2-3 blocks away - to NE 1st Ave or N Miami Ave - and order your ride from there. You'll get it way faster and won't waste time waiting in traffic or at security checkpoints. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back to this arena for another concert or even a game in the future! read more

Miami is a busy place so stay within walking distance or be prepared to wait for an Uber when the event lets out. The suites are beautiful with plenty of seating for everyone and private wait staff for fast service. Our host ordered a huge sushi platter and wings. Everything was delicious. read more

Me and my son went to the Annual Miami HEAT Family Festival Charity Event at the Kaseya Center. We parked inside the venue for free and there are parking attendants at the parking area guiding us where to park. It's very organized as they fill one area first before they open a new parking area. After parking we had to go to security and metal detectors to have us checked for safety purposes. Finally we were at the gate waiitng for it to open. When we were inside there's a festive atmosphere as there were street performers, Jimmy Stowe and the Stowaways band playing, Rick Ross performing on the stage. Free unlimited food and drinks as some HEAT players were bartending and serving the guests and some of them try the many food booths around the area. Around 15 of Miami's best restaurants like Rusty Pelican, Bricked Burger, Lutong Pinoy Filipino Cuisine, The Salty Donut, Mojo Donuts, Fireman Derek's, Papa John's Pizza, The Brownie Lady, Fond of Cake, Madda's Place, Chip City, Gelato Go, Licardo Hospitality, Bay 13, Off the Hook Churrascaria, Nacho Bizness, and more. Free water and sodas in ice coolers everwhere! Carnival games, rides and kids activities like painting and coloring too! And you've got to meet and mingle with my favorite heat players, coaches, legends and celebrities! The event is well oganized and we had so much fun! At the end of the event, exit to the parking area was a breeze as there are elevator attendants to guide you to the parking lot. Can't wait to go to the next family festival next year!! read more

We had access to the Bacardi Ochoa lounge so got to enter a little earlier than others. Drinks were expensive but what you'd expect. I can write about how awesome the Kasaya Center is specially with it's impressive eatery, bars and facilities, but tonight the honor of attention has to be given to the Miami Heat and their game for victory over New York Knick that went as follows. The Miami Heat completed a stunning sweep of the New York Knicks with a 112-98 victory in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals on Wednesday night at the Kaseya Center. The Heat dominated the game from start to finish, leading by as many as 28 points in the third quarter and never letting the Knicks get closer than 12 in the fourth. The Heat shot 52% from the field and 40% from 3-point range, while holding the Knicks to 42% and 25%, respectively. The Heat also outrebounded the Knicks 48-37 and outscored them 56-38 in the paint. Jimmy Butler was once again the star of the show for the Heat, scoring 31 points on 11-for-18 shooting, along with eight rebounds, seven assists and four steals. He was supported by Bam Adebayo, who had 21 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks, and Kyle Lowry, who had 18 points, six rebounds and five assists off the bench. The Heat also got contributions from Kevin Love, who had 12 points and nine rebounds, Max Strus, who had 11 points and four 3-pointers, and Gabe Vincent, who had nine points and six assists. The Knicks had no answer for the Heat's balanced attack and relentless defense. We got seats on Bacardi suites level 200 A very easy access, quick check and accommodation to our seats that were comfortable and with a great view to the stage Service was very attentive and we also enjoyed drinks served promptly to our seats during the concert. Sound and view were fantastic Logistic after the event to direct patrons out of the venue worked as a Swiss clock. Bathrooms in por area were clean and well stocked. Been here numerous times to watch the Miami Heat play. If I was rating this place on how they played last night it would get 0 stars lol. But overall the arena is nice.. holds a big crowd obviously and the seating is decent. I've had all sorts of tickets from lower level to upper level to nosebleeds and I've had no complaints. The concession stands could use a little more organization, last night prime burger stand ran out of chicken fingers before the first quarter was over .. who does that? The staff was nice about it and made sure to get people their refunds or exchange for a burger. All in all this is a nice arena anddddd GO HEAT! read more

I have gone to the Miami bash's concerts by Alex sensation which has all the reggaeton artists perform & I have gone to see Anuel Aa in concert when he did his Emmanuel world tour back in 2019. I went here to see Blink 182 live in concert. I paid 45$ for the pre-paid valet parking, which was very beneficial. The venue is very clean, and the employees here help navigate the layout of the building. The seats and AC in the venue are also great! I would recommend coming here to see concerts! read more

The arena is a great venue to enjoy anything from sporting events to concerts. No matter what name the arena goes under, the experience has always been consistently positive through the times. The views from the seats are good, no matter the level that you sit on. The seats are ok and not overly crowded. The concessions are always staffed with friendly people and there is a great variety of different foods that include even vegan options. There is parking under the arena as well as under the surrounding areas. Entry into the arena is usually a smooth process though there is always room for improvement. For example, when a person brings a bag, the checkup of that bag slows down the line. There should be lanes that are dedicated only to people without bags and it should be enforced. read more

My nephew and I wasted well over $500 on tickets to enjoy the Miami Heat against the Golden State Warriors last night but all we ended up getting was soreness and pain to our backs from the hard concrete stairs seats. Seeing as comments continue to be deleted to silence guests who were in attendance for Gaga- Miami N3, I'll post my experience again here. One of my friends and I traveled from North Carolina to be here for the Mayhem ball (first timers seeing Gaga.) I have been waiting since 2008 to see Gaga and have been a huge fan since her first album. To say that we were beyond disappointed with this venue experience is an understatement. We stood in 90% humidity for nearly two hours with zero communication from Kaseya staff. I initially found out the concert was canceled from a friend of mine who lives in Orlando and wasn't even at the show. Employees were visibly seen in the windows pointing, laughing and mocking fans standing at the entrance. The unprofessionalism and disrespect was something I did not expect to witness at all, especially at a Gaga concert. Super sad for everyone who traveled for the show, paid for parking and/or merch, dealt with traffic, etc. Do better, Kaseya center. And stop deleting comments making it look like yall didn't just recently mishandle an entire event. read more

During the canceled Lady Gaga concert on September 3rd, employees of this venue mocked fans who had been waiting in the heat and humidity all day. I have been attending concerts since I was 2 years old, I am 47 now. Never in my experience hand I had a venue be less professional, worse to their customers, than the Kaseya Center. They let people stand in 88% humidity, we watched Kaseya employees fill out incident reports for people who had fainted. The information that Lady Gaga's show has been canceled was gleaned from another customer standing in line funding it on social media. The employees inside were flipping people off, making fun of everyone standing in the heat while their coworkers were standing there with us clueless. They knew and chose, chose not to let us know. This venue for Bocelli's concert sucks! Their security workers treated us worse than the TSA agents at Newark airport, and didn't allow us to bring in any food or drink. We had to pay $13.30 for a freaking locker to store our food & drink in and the seats are uncomfortable!!! They're sports stadium seats, not worth the ticket price. DONT BUY THE TIX!!!! Worst venue experience I've ever had. Save yourself the headache and travel literally anywhere else for concerts. A cancelled concert is one thing, but the disorganization, rudeness, unprofessionalism and obvious lack of communication all around from the moment I got there is another. Telling your social media staff to post an Instagram story before telling your employees who have to interact with thousands of confused guests? With no consideration for those without social media, elderly who might not understand, or other accommodations? Lame. Not having a plan for communication and direction in case a situation like this happens? Embarrassing for a venue this size in a city this big. I feel sorry for the guests who were berated and disrespected by your rude employees. I feel embarrassed for the staff who were taking pictures of and pointing at sweating, dehydrated, rained on, crying guests from the windows. Every. Single. Employee I encountered basically barked orders at me or mocked us under their breath. Take some notes from other tourism and entertainment centers in the state on how to properly train your team to handle and direct large events and actually communicate kindly with guests. I've had better customer service just about everywhere else and I could think of a million other ways to handle the situation differently than the way your higher ups and guest-facing staff did. read more
