The decor is the restaurant is nice, and pretty clean. Our server was not very friendly, though I did observe other servers that were very friendly to their tables. The food was pretty mediocre. The tempura shrimp and crab Rangoon were tasty, but the ramen was terrible, and the sushi was mostly rice instead of filling, The mango on their sushi rolls tasted like it was canned or soaked in a sweet syrup. I stopped in for an impromptu AYCE lunch on a weekday, as friends have been commenting how good it is. It's a bit of a drive, but you can hit Lake George Outlets nearby. First off, I found the interior quite spacious as well as inviting. The booth style seats are both private as well as clean and contemporary. Service here is good but when you're ordering starters, you need to be patient. Many of their small dishes take awhile to come to the table. Salads and sushi rolls come quicker and are presented rather nicely. I ordered a few salads, specialty rolls as well as some starters and thoroughly enjoyed my overall dining experience. We stopped in for a fix of sushi and we were not disappointed. This is an all you can eat sushi house. They offer a lot of different rolls and so not overload sushi or rolls with rice, but give you that balanced offering that you would get from a regular sushi restaurant. The servers were friendly and attentive. They have a lot of booth seating. We throughly enjoyed ourselves, no pressure to move you out, the AYCE is about $31 per person for dinner. I came here midday on a Tuesday during all-you-can-eat for $18.99 during their "soft opening". The wait staff was excellent, the restaurant itself was well appointed and very clean - the sushi roll I ordered (Alaskan) was *perfect*, as was the salmon sushi piece I had. The spicy tuna sushi piece was kind of awkwardly large (wouldn't be even a remote issue for my husband but lil ol' me didn't quite know what to do with it). The avocado salad was appropriately sized though it could have used a little more dressing and had a slight pool of water in the bottom of the bowl. I enjoyed the ambiance (cool digital wall in the back). I'll definitely be returning and I am sure my 11 year old kid will love coming here too! Excellent New Addition to Queensbury! We visited Kashi Sushi All You Can Eat on Lake George Road (Rt 9) on 10/30/25 at 11:15 AM, and were very impressed. The restaurant is clean, modern, and welcoming -- a great new option for the area. The sushi was exceptionally fresh and beautifully presented, easily among the best we've had locally -- even better than what we've found in Saratoga, where we frequently dine. Our server, Jose, was friendly, efficient, and attentive, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring everything arrived promptly. Hot dishes were served hot, and chilled items were perfectly cold -- a clear sign of care in the kitchen and great timing from the staff. Overall, a definite recommend. Going there was an impromptu decision on a Sunday evening. The restaurant opened a couple of weeks ago and as expected the place was super clean, staff very welcoming and attentive to the needs. My biggest surprise was the tea I ordered, I asked the waitress which kind of tea they had and she mentioned only one kind. She brought me a cup to sample it and for the first time in a US Japanese restaurant I was offered some loose leaf Genmaicha, WOW. She then brought me a regular teapot with an infuser inside; however once the tea absorbed the water it was not steeping properly anymore. She notice me trying to fix the problem and she came to my table asking if she could take back my teapot to fill it more with hot water. That is prime service for a tea fanatic like me. We ordered a few appetizers: tuna tataki, tuna carpaccio, yellowtail with jalapeños, shrimp tempura, and fried squid. Consistently with what the waitress said the plates were small, just a couple of bites. Small but so full of flavor, the tempura was not greasy at all. The calamari were really fine but a different style from the one I prefer. After that I tried three different rolls from the special ones and again flavor bursting in my mouth, the use of mango was really an excellent idea that did not overwhelm the rest of the flavors. I was so stuffed I could not eat any dessert, may next time. This was for an all you can eat dinner at $30 a person. Worth every penny for such a rewarding impromptu decision. I understand the AYCE lunch is cheaper but I do not remember the price. I really wish the the best success. read more

So i tried this place today after a month of saying i wanted to, but im not sure how i feel about it. Here is why...during the week its 19 bucks. Which isnt bad. But then i took my daughter on a Saturday morning for lunch at 11, and was charged 30 bucks for "dinner"?!!! Not worth it at all. The menu has nothing special and is" mini" versions of food. For instance if u order soup buns, u get two tiny buns that are essentially meatballs in dough. She and i didn't like them. But to each her own, taste can be different for everyone. The Miso soup tastes like it was made with sugar and the tofu in it is the size of something you would get in the miniverse. Really disappointing. If you order shrimp tempura, you get two small shrimp on a plate, almost like tapas. The sushi is very well done and fresh, but BEWARE! If u order the speciality rolls they are absolutely MASSIVE. So u can't eat more then one or two if u are someone who can pack away food, I'm not her. But remember when ordering u cant take it to go and they WILL CHARGE u for anything u do not eat. I totally believe in not wasting, but I do believe that you should be able to take your food to go since you've already paid for it. So that I totally disagree with and is one major factor of why I probably won't return. The staff aren't friendly at all. No personality, no small talk, nothing. Very cold. So the take away that I would give anybody going here for the first time is to choose what you eat wisely. Even the salads are built heavier so that you get filled up faster. Which is fine , except for keep in mind, you're playing almost between 20 / $30 bucks for it and you want to get what you pay for out of it. I just don't feel like my eating habits were worth the overpriced lunch, or what they call dinner, for 30 bucks , it was just not worth it. And I definitely like going places where the staff have some kind of personality or friendliness to them, and these guys just don't have any of it. So I would definitely reconsider whether I ever go again. I do recommend that if this is somewhere you've wanted to try it certainly worth you trying it out for yourself. Decided to try the AYCE lunch for sushi. I really don't care about all the apps, I'm just here for the fish. Quality of the fish is just OK. The standout was the Unagi which was better quality than I expected. Because you can only order five items at a time, it takes a while to actually get a decent lunch. I wasn't trying to be a glutton, just wanted to be satisfied with a lunch sized meal that I would get at a regular sushi place. It took me an hour for lunch and was passable quality at best. Bottom line: clean attractive restaurant, pretty attentive staff, probably a good place for a decently priced group meal. If you like really good sushi, I'd pass and pay a bit more for a better meal someplace else. "Just OK" sushi isn't what I'm looking for. read more

I'll start with letting the people know that I look forward to changing my review to 4 or 5 stars. I have been twice now. First time was August 15th with friends before they officially opened. It was hands down one of the best experiences I have had. Food was consistent, out in a timely fashion, drinks were good but some were just ok. Sushi was fantastic! Apps were also terrific! Service was pretty good for the staff still training. However, tonight 8/25 we came in at 7pm. Which is late as they close at 9. Pros: restaurant was clean and comfortable. Nice décor. sushi was fresh and tasty. Drinks were terrific. Staff was friendly. Cons: soup dumplings were ice cold, hot soup was very lukewarm, some items did not come out at all so we had to ask up to 3 times for some things. Food was inconsistent with toppings and temperatures. Over all this was a different experience from our first visit which is expected to an extent. I truly do look forward to returning and fixing this review to a shining 5stars. Sushi is incredibly fresh. Some of the best I have and would venture to say rivals mikados. A must try. We'll try again in maybe a month after everyone settles into the new restaurant. read more

BFF & I get together for lunch every month. We choose non-chain restaurants in Glens Falls/Lake George/Warrensburg area. This month Kashi Sushi was our choice. Everything was freshly prepared and nicely presented. Staff was attentive. Some like chatty servers & some of us prefer to chat with our dining companions. Since I have mobility issues, the handicap parking spaces on the south side needed attention. We mentioned it to our waiter who passed it on to manager. Waiter reported back that it was taken care of. Had a brief chat with the manager on the check-in counter who said he had cleared the area himself. When we left there was still a problem with snow and ice at the curb caused by an awning. I brought the manager out to show him exactly what is causing the problem. He assured that from now on they will make sure that the curb area is clear. Bottom line is that we will be back for lunch again! read more
