Can I just say, OBSESSED! Great food, friendly staff, and such a nice vibe. Whether you're on a date or having dinner with family&friends this place won't disappoint. Also love how it's not too fancy, you won't feel out of place if you're like me who prefers to dress casually.

Wasabi never fails to disappoint. Fastest service in town, and it's in a part of saratoga that is a bit closer to parking lots and parking garages. We enjoyed a few special rolls, some appetizers, noodles, and ice cream! We definitely ate more than what we would've paid if ordering a la cart. The vibe inside fits either a casual date night, hangout with friends, or a special occasion.

I had high hopes for this all you can eat sushi but it did not deliver. The restaurant had a cool two floor vibe. Miso soup was cold. Food came out quick but there wasn't anything to be excited about. I wouldn't say I wouldn't go back but I would never be like "that's what I want for dinner." Prices were fair 31.99 per adult and 15.99 for children. It was just okay

My favorite. See menu for what it was called. Mango...

PERFECT 5 star dining experience. They give you a menu with a sharpie and you can order whatever you want. Every single thing we ordered was amazing. Staff was so attentive and sweet. Ambiance was perfect. Loved the music and the vibe...new generation Edie Brickell. I also loved that you had to pay for wasted food. Don't over order or it could cost you! My favorite was the A Soy Mate with the mango (chef special on the other side of the menu) - my husband had 2 servings of the shrimp with fried rice. We had so much...worth every penny. (Posted my 5 star review) And then....about an hour later....i got so sick to my stomach, i went back to the hotel to lay down. Woke up a short time later to throw up what looked like the black sushi wrap for hours. I never throw up. It wouldn't stop. My husband ate the non-sushi foods and he was fine. You were warned. Eat at your own risk.

Called to be added to the waitlist on Friday night. They do take reservations but definitely call ahead of time. There is a parking lot right before the building. Hard to find street parking. The restaurant has beautiful decor. Service was great! Our food came out very quick. The rolls were good. It was heavy on the rice, as you can see in the photos. The salmon in the Philly roll was minced instead of the typical whole pieces that I am used to. They seemed to have been put together very quick so the ingredients weren't evenly distributed. Some pieces lacked fish. The rolls topped with slices of fish were very thin. It may have been from how busy it was that things were rushed when made. I would try again at a less busy time to see if it is better. If it's your birthday you eat free! Have to show ID

Last time I was in SS was 6 years ago. And the last place I ate at was Wasabi. Went with a group of co-workers and we were impressed with the sushi, for a land-locked town. Fast forward to 2024 and Im back, and it was equally as good. I went during lunch time, and it is $19.80 for the lunch AYCE. I walked in at about 2:15 and was greeted with "The kitchen is closing at 2:30". That's kind of s**tty for advertising until 3pm. Anyway, I ended up getting 4 rolls, which was more than enough. I went with the tuna roll, spicy salmon, spicy crab and Fancy Dragon Roll. This was more than enough. Although they sort of decided to change their hours for 04/26/24, I would still go back and recommend it.

Everything was delicious and the service was great! My first time at all you can eat sushi and it was a bit overwhelming at first, but ended up being a lot of fun. Everything we tried was so good!

We were warmly greeted and promptly seated. Only about three other tables were occupied. We started with some good hot green tea ($2.25 each) while we studied the menu. My wife decided to satisfy her sushi craving with the Salmon Lover ($26.95) and I opted for the Thai Ginger with beef ($19.95). We both choose Miso soup with our meals and I substituted brown rice for the white rice. The Miso soup tasted extra good since we hadn't had it in a long time. It was hot and full of flavor. The salmon was very fresh and attractively served as sashimi, nigiri, and a salmon roll. I was surprised my wife actually finished all of it, she obviously was enjoying it. The beef in my Thai Ginger was tender, flavorful, and abundant. The dish was colorful with red onions, broccoli, and carrots. I thought the broth could have used more flavor, but mixing the flavorful brown rice into the broth helped. The menu showed two peppers for spiciness but I did not notice any spiciness. Service was friendly, and efficient. Additional refills of green tea were offered.

My meal was chicken katsu, and it was good! The sauce that it came with complimented the chicken and went well when mixed with rice. I got a taro bubble drink, and it was good, but very very sweet. I especially like their butcher counter where you can grab marinated meats and custom cut steaks etc...Unfortunately, on this visit I was disappointed that they ran out of their daily special. By the afternoon they no longer had any whole or half portions of ribeye. It's nice when you can have it custom cut to your liking. When I'm out and about, it's not always easy to get there so early so it's a bummer when you are intent on something specific. I really like their fruit tarts too. They come individual sized, as well as a standard pie size. It's the perfect bite after a meal or whenever as it's not too sweet and it's quite good. Lastly, the shop is always nicely organized and the staff is helpful. All this makes for a regularly pleasant shopping experience.

Made the best Chimichurri tacos on the grill tonight courtesy of Fresh Markets meat counter and their amazing marinade!! So glad the gentlemen at the meat counter were so prompt and helpful while I was making my selections. I will definitely return for the meat counter. It was my husbands birthday, so I also grabbed a cake and some desserts for the fam -- the cakes are about what you would pay at Price Chopper, but in my opinion, they appear to be made with more attention to detail. If you're having a hard time finding birthday candles with numbers, they have a huge selection next to the cake counter and some Birthday cake pieces as well. The way to shop at this store is by learning the regular sale days. Tuesdays deals are: $5.00 12 inch pizza $3.99/lb Chicken Breast $5.99/lb ground beef $5.00 rotisserie chicken Fridays deals are: 2 for $5 burgers Each week they choose a different fresh deal, so you'll likely find a deal for $5.00/lb meat. This evening it was carne asada chicken breast cutlets. Other elements that I really enjoy is that their olive bar has Dolmas!! It's the only one that I know of that carries them in the area. Never realized how difficult it is to find specialty food until I moved back to Saratoga from Texas. Plus, my kiddos love going with me for the candy by the pound jars -- they really love getting to make their own selection and mix. While I do find the market to have steeper prices, I do enjoy the convenience, but I have to shop the deals.
