Quality service, top notch attention to detail, best care ever, brought my 2 young son's in and can I say this place was fantastic. My boys walked away looking like little gentlemen their hair was phenomenal. The confidence these barbers gave my boys was incredible, I think bc it was 2 boys in a place full of men all so kind telling them how handsome they looked, but they really did look so handsome. Idk they were great! One of my son's hair grows so fast I can't keep up, they cut his long long hair itno this wonderful side swipe that my son loved, bc he still had some hair, both boys felt good abt themselves and you can't put a price in that, especially at that age. I'm extremely grateful to this place and would recommend to anyone. Prices are I guess a little high but NO NOT really bc the experience and what you walk away with is well worth it. I just personally can't keep up with my son's insane hair growth. But I would go back in a heartbeat for a special occasion or if I ever was able to in the future 100%. Very rude, disrespectfu, not compassionate and definitely not professional. This Dr. Kashmanian it's the worst Dr. I ever been!!! He yield at me at also told me rude comments because I was so scared for the extraction procedure. He is not for the patients but for the money!!! Dr. Kashmanian is the Dr. of the house of horror!!!! Before our appointment, the receptionist called four times in the morning waking me up. She kept asking for insurance and I kept reminding her I would be paying out of pocket. We get the office and she starts complaining about how we're paying out of pocket. She insisted on holding my debit card, not letting me pay beforehand thankfully. I filled out the information (they gave consent forms to sign before we were informed) and returned it to her. In total we waited 45 minutes for the appointment after driving an hour to get to it. Then I had to go to another appointment and the lady at the desk was arguing with us to stay. read more

I usually dont write reviews, but I feel it is important in this case. I have had 2 different extractions by Dr Kashmanian. After a badly handled and actually unnecessary extraction by a previous dentist and then emergency treatment by another oral surgeon, I was extremely hesitant and afraid. He was very careful, took additional xrays of the root after receiving unclear xrays from my dentist. Talked to me very calm and scientific for a while, then pop, pop, tooth out. The sceond one was 2 years later, it was broken, crowned and root canaled already. That one took a bit more work, but he talked me through it and it went well. Both extractions had followups. I followed his aftercare instructions exactly. No infection, no complication. My spouse had a very similar experience With her extraction. I am scheduling for an implant now, I have no hesitation to use this Oral Surgeon. read more

Doesn't care about his patients. Had 3 impacted wisdom teeth extracted. 3-4 days after the surgery the pain was excruciating, so we called the office and they told us the pain was normal (this was the worst pain I've ever felt in my entire life). Said to call primary care doctor with any follow up questions since they were going on Christmas vacation for 2 weeks. 3 days later the pain became so bad I went to the ER on Christmas day. Ended up spending 3 days in the hospital on IV antibiotics due to a dental abscess and was sent home with strong oral antibiotics. The doctors and nure practitioners at the hospital tried to call him with no answer since he was on holiday. They were shocked he didn't have anyone on call for emergencies. If I could give him 0 stars I would. It's unprofessional to assume patients won't have complications following any procedure. There also was no follow up appointment following the initial extraction surgery. Clearly does not care about his patients well being, only in it for the $$$. read more

Should not be practicing. Not with that attitude. One of the most uncaring Dentists I've ever met. I went in for an extraction. I was completely phobic as my worst fear is to have a tooth extracted while awake - but that's all my insurance will cover - so... Zero Chair-side manner. Zero Compassion. Did not even use Orajel to numb the gum before doing injections. Injections were horribly painful (and I've had injections into a partially dislocated jaw that hurt less). He told me after he takes the needle out of my mouth "Well what did you expect I was injecting an infected nerve". I expected some conversation forewarning me! He had no patience with waiting for my gums to numb up - and finally told me he was going to try to "wiggle the tooth" to see if I was numb enough? He proceeded to yank the tooth out! And this going in and telling him I had PTSD. Not something I generally lead with. Oh no antibiotic prescribed - he told me if the infection worsened to contact my dentist for a prescription. They basically had me leave the room while I still had tears streaming down my face - I'm surprised I didn't clear out the waiting room on the way out. If I'd been there and seen me? I would have run for it! I don't know why someone goes into treating humans when they don't LIKE them. And btw he has two offices - the one in Southbridge and also one in Pomfret Landing in Connecticut. read more

I called the receptionist at the Southbridge office (Nov. 21 around 12pm). She said that they are open for new patients. She then asked me where I live, I told her my city. Then she proceeded to tell me they are not taking people from my city, because their doctor is too busy lately. I feel like because I am Hispanic and my English is not that great they don't want me. It is 2017 and there still discrimination. I'm disappointed. read more

I am currently trying to come up with money for braces for my son, thanks to a misdiagnosis we received from this doctor. He was abrupt and extremely insistent that his opinion was the only valid option. He was wrong. My best advice here- if you aren't comfortable or confident with his diagnosis, please seek a second opinion! I wish that we had. read more

I had a tooth extracted recently with Dr. Kashmanian. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and understands potential complications. However, if you have any anxiety about visiting a dentist/oral surgeon, this office is not for you. His bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. Additionally, he was so aggressive with the extraction the gums ripped and sharp bone is sticking out against my tongue. I've made an appointment with another oral surgeon (and will happily pay out of pocket) to get it fixed. I won't ever be returning to this office or his CT office. I have had two extractions by Dr. Kashmanian in recent years. He is skilled at what he does and my results both times were better than I could have even hoped for with no pain or swelling and minimal bleeding each time. His office staff at both locations were capable and pleasant and were a great help to me. The doctor answered every question I had and explained what would transpire kindly and efficiently. I followed his post-surgical instructions carefully and was back to normal very quickly. My overall experiences could not be more positive, so I highly recommend Dr. Kashmanian. read more
