Been going here pretty often but the last few times have been disappointing!! With all the competition around, I would of thought customer service would be important! 3 girls working this morning and 2 had attitudes that wasn't worth my coffee or time or money!!! $(16.18) I don't know if you're in rush to get me outta your line or just rude. You work in a coffee stand, drink some coffee and wake up and be nice! Understand you are most likely the first human interaction for people and you set the tone for most people's day!!! Don't come off rude or dismissive! If you don't enjoy interacting with people, then find a new job. You gotta do better! And hopefully you will because coffee is getting expensive and there's many places that are fighting for business, your actions not only affect you, but all your coworkers and the owner. My daughters and I love this little stand! They always get the ratio of flavor/cream/shots absolutely perfect in my iced americanos and my daughters LOVE their strawberry lemonades or chocolate milk, with whip and sprinkles, of course! Absolutely love this place! I visit both of their locations weekly. Their spritzers always taste better than their competitors, they really listen to you when you tell them how you want yours made, no matter how difficult or complicated some of my drinks can be. Their friendliness/customer service are amazing & consistent. I will always support them over the big franchise coffee stands. I tip them extra every visit bc I never want them to go anywhere. Absolutely worst experience ever getting coffee there in my life. Whoever the manager is that was working 3.31.23 at around 8am with the brown hair she is absolutely rude and it was disgusting the way I was treated there. I had money in my account! I checked no pending transactions nothing just money in there. Same card I use everytime I'm there. And at first the girls chip machine on the Ipad wasn't working properly she even said that. I waited 20 minutes in that line for nothing. The manager that the girl got said "we don't give away drinks for free" I DID NOT ASK FOR A FREE DRINK!! Ridiculous service absolutely disgusted with that comment and now to top it off I've got my bank calling me about fraud because the girl rang my card so many times just ridiculous read more

This is not a good place. One time the coffee is good. The next three times it's fair to below average. There are too many other coffee shops out there, for me to play coffee roulette. I'm not going back there, and I advise you to stay away. The people who work there are moody and often rude. read more

I love the creative seasonal drink specials here. No one does it better. I missed that when I moved to CA a few years ago. I think of it as a unique, PNW thing. I always get a solid coffee no matter what I order here. They offer white coffee, which I love and can't get just anywhere. The baristas are always friendly and seem well trained, hence the reliably good coffee. They also seem to be offering hand crafted energy drinks which aren't my thing. I do think it speaks to the forward thinking of the team here though. read more

I get the same exact drink every day and the prices are always different. Some girls charge me more and others charge me less for the same exact drink. I only go here because its convient and on my way to work. The coffee tastes good but the prices are not so good. And they dont have a punch card system like most other drive thru stands. I love the Gold Rush or get white chocolate & English toffee. Drinks have been great for the most part most of the times I've come. Only problem I have is some of the girls seem rude & not friendly (some not all) and then sometimes they take a LONG time when waiting in line.
