Of course there were the usual lines, but the volume was dealt with efficiency. I was having problems earlier with the Dutch Bros Coffee app and could not upload my birthday freebie. I was really grateful for the assistance given while in the drive through line and was able to get a ginormous iced kicker and another beverage for The Homie without any challenge. This was recommended by one of the ladies and had claimed it was her favorite drink. I enjoyed this drink very much! I also had a warmed apple fritter $3.05 which was good. The three ladies that were working on that day were so joyful, full of smiles and laughter. I could tell they had great chemistry and enjoyed working there. I believe one of them was the owner. What bothered me wasn't that they were sloppy, selling tickets while throwing back shots, prancing around like they are goddesses while the bar staff is busting their tails... what bothered me that: 1: it was never mentioned they were turning off the superbowl halftime show while they sold tickets 2: they didn't listen to the patrons that was upset and say, well let's compromise/vote/whatever 3: they didn't try to deescalate the situation for the staff that have to put up with the complaints and walk outs. They suck.
