Super slow service. Got the order wrong--ordered 12 ounce iced tea latte and she handed out a hot latte. We had waited so long we didn't want to wait for her to fix the order. My chai tea latte was awful. Driving around later saw at least 3 other Cafe Elite coffee kiosks and realized it was a chain. My advice is don't stop at first coffee kiosk you pass when driving if it's cafe elite. Keep driving and you'll find a better place for morning coffee. read more

Love the coffee stand have not been for a while because prices went up so high but I always loved y drink when I did go.

Went this morning because my son wanted some juice and I forgot to pack one so I grabbed a bottle of apple juice and a large water for me since I already had my coffee. The water I had particles of mold in the water and tasted like mold! Beware because I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to tell if it was in a flavored drink if the mold was from the ice. Super disgusting and I'm so glad I opted out of getting anything other than water. read more

I'm not a huge coffee drinker but my 10 yr old loves this place for the smoothies. The baristas are always friendly and give great recommendations. The stand itself is super clean and you can tell it's very hygienic and never have to worry about sanitation snafus. Although it's just a drive up coffee stand, you can tell the baristas love what they do. I can totally appreciate that. 10/10 would recommend, I love supporting local businesses. read more

Went to get a couple drinks for me and my girlfriend, pull up and there are about 6 to 7 women working in this small little space with absolutely NO masks on what so ever....I had a mask on of course out of courtesy. But these girls were all unmasked and not taking any measures for covid safety and she leaned out of the window less than 6 feet from me still with no face covering...they may not be sick but they can still spread Covid. I come here when I don't want to drive all the way out to Meridian or Military on Pac Ave for a Starbucks. The baristas are pretty cute and friendly. They have never gotten my order wrong and their temp is pretty good. They do a pretty good microfoam, and can pull a pretty decent shot. My one complaint is that they do over-syrup your drinks, but I guess that's to be expected from an espresso stand in the middle of Spanaway. The biggest plus size to Cafe Elite has to be the fact that the girls are fully clothed and pretty professional. It's pretty much the only espresso stand along Mountain Highway/Pacific Avenue where I can rely on the fact that I won't feel dirty and depressed leaving it. read more

Horrible. Horrible. Customer service is atrocious. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time. We waited excessively long. We wanted a drip coffee. $1.60. After about a 5 minute wait. We get service. She says they are out of drip and would an americano work. Sure. Then after another 5 minute wait and she helps the customer at other window. (Who pulled up AFTER us). Received all their drinks. The serviced sucked (placed my order...girl fiddle farts around and then another truck pulls up within a couple minutes...he winds up getting his drinks first), my 2 latte drinks sucked (watery milk and HOT as hell!!) and the breakfast sandwich was so flipping HOT (plastic container was melted/warped) I couldn't eat it until I let it cool on the roof of my car when I stopped for gas.
