They're always so kind here and make our drinks perfect every time. I've never had a drink here I didn't love!

Came through on an early Friday afternoon. Pulled up to window and the barista was already less than enthused. Didn't say hi or anything, just literally starred at me until I ordered my 12 oz white chocolate mocha for a grand total of $5.40. A 12 ounce. She told me the price, I handed her my card, she ran it, handed it back. I signed. She said "have a great day". That was the entire interaction. It was colder than ice cubes in an ice bath. Which was surprising because (it appeared) she was showing the customer infront of me pictures on her phone. She looked like she was in a good mood? Who knows but I won't be coming back. I can see the logistics of the location sucks but nothing staff can do about that. read more

Some nice sugar free options with half & half for those looking for healthier options but they still want their caffeine fix. More sugar free options than most of their competitors. I used to go to Sta****ks everyday for drinks. I did this for 4-5 years before I really paid attention to the cost and whew! It was too much for what I got; Flatwhites, which were good 30% of the time. We recently found Cowgirl's Coffee. I have a budget for coffee per pay period, but this place is really ruining it! Their coffee has been on point 100% of the time now, which is quite the change of pace for me. It's great, and the latte is one of the best plain lattes I've had. Definitely recommend! read more

I have had multiple negative experiences at this place. Bad attitudes and horrible orders gone wrong. I once asked one ingredient question and the lady working responded like as if I had slapped her. It wasn't very busy either, no line. I also always ask for lite ice but literally every time my cup is completely full of ice and I don't understand that. I tried to reach out to the owner instead of coming here but no response. Pretty disappointing. read more

The drinks are delicious. The service is fine. There's a charge for using a card but I don't mind. The wait can be long and their parking lot/line is not the best but I still always go when I'm in the area. read more

I have been here a couple of times now. I love their service, the girls are always upbeat and friendly. Their flavor choices are great aswell and they have a good selection of cookies and pastries. I went to Cowgirls this evening and wanted to order the $2.50 vanilla bean latte. I asked to add an additional flavor and was told if would be $.60 which I was cool with. The final total of my order was almost $6.00! When I asked the barista about it she said that when you add extra to a special it no longer is a special but just a regular latte. I would have been fine with that if she'd said that in the beginning, versus saying it would be an extra $.60. I feel that the barista should have been more transparent. A latte that should have cost $3.10 plus tax ended up being almost $6.00, smh. read more

Today at cowgirl coffee I had the worst customer service I've ever had there. We were patiently waiting in line and couldn't go around to the other window because the line was long. So instead of cutting in front of everybody and going on the left side we waited. Well someone cut in front of us and the girls working said it's not their problem. They lost our business. Coffee Standards: Made my 1st customer visit within a year from this date and here is one coffee stand that keeps impressing me with any/all the types of coffee the taste buds experiences or comes out of that drive through window. Whatever it is they're doing to provide fresh taste will make you come back for more. Price: Heck ya! I've been a SB fan for many years and you'll get one heck of a savings when getting your coffee here. Remember the taste will keep your expectations met. Customer Service: 10 Stars for this one. The baristas are awesome no matter what drive up window you pull up in. Future as a Loyal Customer: I've been back ever since and most of the time, I'll drive out of the way just to get the craving for exceptional coffee from a very reputable location. I hate to give a coffee stand a 3 star but it's mostly due to the personalities at this particular location. My first time going there was not a good experience. The girl didn't even say hi to me and just asked what I wanted with no expression on her face. I had my dogs with me and if any of you are a regular coffee goer you know that dogs love going and getting treats. As a barista myself, it was always so fun to give it to the fur babies. She never once acknowledged them while they are desperately waiting for a treat. Maybe she's not a dog person... who knows. I've gone several times now and I have to say that it hasn't gotten much better. I feel as if I'm bothering them more than anything when I go there. They aren't your typical baristas... you know, the fun, energetic and sweet girls. They are more hard ass, don't really have a personality type, unfortunately. ‍ I definitely only go here because it's convenient and right around the corner from my house and en route to work. Used to come here every day and all the girls were so nice. I sat at the window for a good five minuets and nothing. Finally they opened the window and looked at me and said what can i get you in a manner that i was a bother to her. I was so excited to be in the area again and stop here but i will never be back. Only want to give one star, even though I really do like their blended Oreo frapp.... aside from the coffee, the baristas here are extremely UNFRIENDLY, stuck up, and do not care to talk to you other than to take your money. Aside from the unfriendliness, they STEAL money from their customers. I've learned that if I go here I have to ask for a receipt every single time, because they will tip themselves... my coffee was six dollars, but I somehow get charged 10 or 11..... this has happened multiple times too. Super nice girls with super happy personalities. My only coral with this place is its pretty small of a parking lot for you to wait in line. If there is more then one car in the rite side of the building while pulling in you are unable to get around the car to go to the open 2nd window on the left side. Other then that they do an amazing job. I love this place. The girls are all smiles and easy on the eyes and their coffee is amazing. They have awesome Red Bull mixers that is sure to wake you up while giving you diabetes. I wish they'd add more snack items, but their mocha makes up for that. read more

I got way more than I bargained for when I stopped by while browsing for any coffee stand to get a cup of joe and wake up ~ and wholla! A really pleasant and smiling young woman helped me, made up the coffee just right, ensured I got a Cowgirl's punch card and earned my repeat visits to Cowgirl's. I highly recommend Cowgirl's to any and all. I have returned quite a few times already and always receive a lovely smile, a good morning like whom-ever means it! The coffee's good too. I've stopped by here a couple times. Today will be my last time. I got a hot drink and a redbull with a flavor. The hot drink was made way too hot to where I burnt my tongue so bad, while the redbull had absolutely no flavor nor was it stirred very well! I had a ton of cream Sitting on the top when I asked for the littlest amount possible. So after the fact that I asked for a warm drink and a flavored redbull with a SMAAAAALL amount of cream, I get a redbull with hardly any flavor and too much cream (I'm lactose intolerant by the way which is why I wanted a small amount) and I get a burnt tongue for the rest of the day. In which I paid $8.00 for?! Lastly, the staff here aren't the nicest. They shut the window on you, create zero conversation, and charge way too much. The staff needs to be reevaluated and the prices are way too expensive for a mom and pop shop. Won't be back. read more

Went to go get some coffee today. Service was quick but I felt like the girls working weren't really interested in working at the time. I asked for my drink at a kids drinking temperature so it wouldn't be too hot, I still waited a couple of minutes before I drank some and I burnt my tongue, so obviously it wasn't kids drinking temperature, and if it had been for a kid they would have obviously been burnt and or upset. I also asked for a copy of my receipt which I did not receive. So although the service was quick I felt like the workers there were simply going through the motions and not really listening to what I wanted, such as a kids drinking temperature and my receipt, so I honestly do regret tipping but will continue to go there to see if other girls are better or if they were just having an off day. Or I will have to find a new coffee stand. read more

I've been going to this place because I love the coffee , however everytime I go and get the same thing the price seems to change ( whatever no big deal ) then on one transaction I'm charged a seperate 49 cents and that was a one time thing I let that go . Until today I was told 3.95 for my drink and let her know add a dollar for you guys which I always do , I was charged 6 dollars to my account . Now it's not the money that pisses me off its the fact it's been done twice over charging me small amounts. How many people is this done to?!?! It's highly rude and terrible buisness charging me more than what I'm tipping you?? I'm so disappointed cause the coffee is good but what a scam I always have the same barista so Idk if it's her or just how they do things . Since this place is really close to my house, I stop by fairly often. The girls are very friendly, if I stop by with my dogs, they always have a treat for them and they have the best white chocolate mocha in the area. (I'm a bit picky about that.) Just make sure you have cash so you can avoid the $0.50 charge when paying with cc. That's the only reason they get 4/5. Great service, great coffee and conveniently located. read more

We live around the corner from this coffee stand and it's become our favorite. I'm sad when I don't get up in enough time to stop here vs. going to Starbucks after I get to work because the coffee tastes so much better. They often have $2 specials on the sign and those are usually very good too. My boyfriend likes the Mimosa's, which are some type of Red Bull mixer. I've not tried any of the snacks they offer, but they do have a sign that lists some. All the Baristas are very nice and they even know your drink sometimes when you pull up. They have a punch card so every 10th drink is free and if you buy a prepaid card I believe you get a few drinks free as well. I would actually give this place 5 stars if it weren't for a few *minor* things. First, the awkward tipping. I generally don't have cash and if you pay with a debit card you have to tell the Barista the amount you want to tip them verbally before they run your card. I find that awkward. We also appreciate that they are very fast, however sometimes too fast. It almost seems like they have some drinks partially or pre-made. There have been times when I've ordered a mocha and been in the window less than 30 seconds. It's always very good, but I would prefer it made to order. But by far my favorite coffee stand.
