Now here's the issue, which I have honestly never experienced since I always leave tip when I dine in. Today, I placed a pickup order and after I paid for the order, cashier lady handed me the order then proceeds to tell her coworker that no tip was left in Chinese. Not sure if she was referring to me or the guy that ordered before me. Regardless, that kind of attitude is not acceptable. Tip hounding is not a way to retain loyal customers.
