    Fresh handmade dumplings
    Christina S.

It's been quite awhile since we've dined here. We came in not expecting to see the updated interior and learned that the business is under new management. I always preferred this spot for soup dumplings. And that's what we had today. Both my husband and I each ordered the Xiao Long Bao (8pc) along with a side of Bok Choy with Garlic. Gotta get in our greens! (I really wanted the Spinach with garlic but was told they sold out yesterday.) Everything was delicious. We even ordered one more Xiao Long Bao! What I really liked about the dumplings was that the exterior did not break when grabbed with chopsticks. Pliable. Soup stayed in the dumpling until I pierced it. (At Joyee, many times dumplings stick to the paper and rips. Soup spills out. The dough can be a little chewy.) We also had tea with our meal. My husband with the Taro Milk Tea with Boba and me with the Tropica Fruit Tea. My tea was quite refreshing. I forget everything that's in it but there's jasmine tea with a mix of fruit tea, a mint leaf, and pieces of fruit - strawberry, blueberry, pineapple. My husband enjoyed his drink too. Boba was nice and chewy. Dumplings were being made as we were leaving. Who doesn't love freshly made dumplings?! Almost forgot to mention that the service was great. The employee was very friendly and helpful. Stop by and support this small business!

I loved it. It had a very lovely ambience inside, beautifully decorated with relaxing traditional music playing. Felt like a nice date night ambience. Good prices on the food, especially for how much was served, and it was delicious. The noodles, fried chicken and fried rice hit the mark for the Hong Kong style food I like. Even though we came in near the end of the night, everyone was super friendly.

Tried mapo tofu with pork and it was so good! They are also able to do no spicy :) The bok choy is fresh and tasty as always.

Finally, there is a authentic Chinese dumplings restaurant here. So delicious! The beef chow fun was delicious, the xiao long bao (小籠包) were juicy and flavorful, and the sausage fried rice was outstanding--full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Great food, generous portions, and excellent service. I will definitely be back! . Potsticker is the boom!

YUM!! So glad I gave this Chinese spot a try!! I admit I was hesitant in the beginning since San Diego usually doesn't have good Asian food but this place definitely was spectacular! This restaurant is quite small and is located at the end of a plaza so it can be easily missed. Parking was ok but can be difficult especially on the weekends since it's located inside a busy plaza. They're open daily 11am-9pm Inside was small with not too much seating. The furniture was a bit worn and not too clean. There were bits of food on each table but it could be I went when they first opened. I felt so bad for the girl that worked there because she had to take and bring out orders, clean, and in charge of cashier. Service was pretty good since there wasn't anyone there except my party. However, wait time was an issue - 20+ min for 3 issues. I can't imagine how long parties have to wait when it's busy. Ordering was easy! Once I was seated, I was given a sheet of paper to select the items I wanted! However, I noticed they were out of a lot of items and they just opened when I arrived! The Pork Xiao Long Bao ($10.95) came with 8 pieces. Each piece was pretty big and stuffed with plenty of pork! The pork was not too fatty and the soup inside was so flavorful. It tasted so fresh and delicious so this was definitely a must get! 10/10 Chicken Chow Mein ($13.95) was decent! The portion was huge and came in with plenty of ingredients! The noodles were so soft and fresh! However, it was lacking flavor and tasted quite bland. It didn't have that "pan fried" taste - in Chinese: "wok hay" so this was 7/10 Beef Noodle Soup ($12.99) was amazing! The broth was packed with flavor and so rich! The beef was so tender and not too fatty! The noodles were so fresh and soft! The veggies were fresh and had a good variety of green onions, cilantro, and broccoli! This was definitely a MUST and 10/10! Overall, I really enjoyed the food and would definitely return and recommend.

This place is so good!! The food tastes freshly made and has great flavors. Highly recommend starting off with the cucumber salad and edamame. We will definitely be going back to try some more items! Service was great as well, they were always checking in to make sure the food was good and if we needed anything else. TRY THIS PLACE OUT!

Here are a few strong review options you can copy‑paste depending on the vibe you want. All are based on what you told me -- the dumplings hit, and the beef noodles were next‑level. Service here is also fantastic every time we have went, everyone there truly cares about your experience there.

Kung Fu Noodle in Vista offers an authentic taste of Taiwanese cuisine, with fresh, handmade noodles and dumplings that clearly reflect the tradition behind each dish. On a few occasions, I've watched them make the dumplings for the day, very fresh! The beef noodle soup is rich and satisfying, with tender meat and perfectly chewy noodles, while the dan dan noodles offer just the right amount of heat and depth of flavor. The atmosphere is simple, though it was a little warm for me. Portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, making it a great value for the quality. Also, a great opportunity to try several dishes. The service was good and attentive. The buns were also delicious! They offer a variety of savory and sweet buns, including juicy pan-fried pork buns and soft red bean dessert buns. Each one is freshly made and flavorful! Overall, Kung Fu Noodle is an good choice for anyone seeking comforting, flavorful, and authentic Taiwanese food.

There were many dining options on site, and ultimately we decided on One More Bite after seeing a cook making dumplings behind a glass wall, assuring us they were authentic and the dumplings were not from stores. The restaurant, with its modern Asian décor, was clean and quite spacious, with seating for 70+ guests. The friendly staff guided us to our table and brough water and menu right away. After browsing its extensive menu, we ordered the following dishes: Popcorn Fried Chicken: The chicken pieces were lightly battered, tasty, crispy, and mildly spicy. Pork Xiao Long Bao: This is the quintessential dish of any dumpling house and theirs was spot on. The delicate outer wrap was flawlessly steamed without any tearing, perfectly trapping the juicy broth inside. The filling was well seasoned and with very nice texture. Boiled Shrimp and Pork Dumplings: The outer layers were not soggy or overly boiled, retaining its firm but delicate texture. The filling was savory and a tad sweet. Shrimp and Pork Wonton Soup with Udon: The broth was light but flavorful, with a hint of pleasant white pepper aroma. The thick udon noodles were nicely al dente. The wontons, with savory filling, had slightly thick wraps. Rainbow Vegetable Pan Fried Dumplings: The colorful wraps really accentuated these dumplings. The outer layer had a nice firmness on top and a beautifully crispy bottom. The well minced filling was lightly seasoned and soft. Brown Sugar Rice Cakes: The rice cakes were quickly fried, creating a golden outer layer and pleasantly chewy inside. The drizzled brown sugar provided the sweet kick. Coconut Cream Balls: The fried outer layer was crunchy, and the runny coconut cream inside was not overly sweet. Overall, it was a very enjoyable lunch experience.

It was amazing. The egg drop soup my husband ordered, he said was very delicious, but as I personally dislike egg drop soup, so I'm taking his word for it. The pork and scallion dumplings and kung pao chicken were so good! I can highly recommend these dishes. We loved the food so much we revisited today (4/26/26). We ordered the hot & sour soup, dan-dan noodles, and the 3 delight fried rice. Once again everything was amazing! The Dan Dan noodles were the best I've ever had! The dining room is a bit lackluster and plain, but I'm willing to overlook that since the food was amazing. I will be visiting Dumplings N More again and often! It is a small chain with locations around SoCal. This was our first time here. We ordered: * 1 Large Asahi Bottle Beer ($10.99) * Shanghai Pan-Fried Soup Dumplings ($10.50) * Combination Fried Rice ($15.99) * Shanghai Style Chow Mein ($14.99) * Tasty Dry Pot with Lamb ($20.99) For me, the star was the Dry Pot, wow! This is similar to your typical hot pot but this has no broth. It was already slightly warm inside so a hot soup would have had us sweating. We chose dry and it was unbelievably good. Definitely getting this again. The Fried Rice and Shanghai Chow Mein fried noodles were excellent as well. Not huge plates but we managed to split it four ways. In fact all of the dishes we ordered family style so we could all share. They did not have your typical "combo" entrees that had sides of soup or rice. Here you order one big plate of fried rice, one big plate of noodles, and so on...and SHARE. We were getting full when the Shanghai Fried Soup Dumplings came out. Wow they were huge! Biggest soup dumplings I have ever seen (maybe I don't get out much?)...seriously the size of an orange. My wife and I split one large bottle of beer. They gave us two frosted glasses and the bottle split evenly. Perfect! Ice waters were really tasty too (I never comment on water but here I am). Service was excellent. In the end, we paid the bill using the handheld POS terminal. I asked for an itemized receipt and it printed it all in Chinese! Luckily ChatGPT helped me translate and the bill looked correct. We will most definitely come back. This food has excellent flavors, good pricing and good service. Win, win, win.

As noted by its name, this place served a fusion of Chinese and Korean cuisines. Their Encinitas location took over what used to be a roadside diner along N Coast Hwy 101. The seating capacity was less than 40 people which included a few high-top counter spots. At my last visit, I came for a late dinner before their closing time. A large menu was posted on the wall behind the service counter that listed about two dozen food offerings. The items seemed to be comfort food like pot stickers, spring rolls, fried rice, and chicken wings but flavored with unique combinations of seasonings and spices. I started my meal with the Marinated Beef Tri-Tip Skewers which came as a set of three and a Chinese mustard for dipping. The meat was very tender and well-seasoned. I also ordered the Cumin Lamb Stir Fry which the cashier said was medium spicy. After tasting a couple of bites of the noodles from the serving bowl, I agreed that the heat level was moderate, even for my palate. I thought the portion size should have been more for the price. That was my main criticism for both items, otherwise the food was solid for an Asian fusion eatery.
