The compression therapy itself was relaxing and something I will consider in the future especially for someone who is a Veteran and has disabilities. What stood out to me is the variety of services they offer--cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, halo therapy, and massage chairs--so there are plenty of options depending on what you're looking for. Been coming here now for over a month and here are the things that I've noticed a difference in. -Compression, Redlight Therapy, & massage chair= *Pain on right hand is almost completely gone by using compression. And as a barber this caused such a setback & frustration because I can't afford time off to rest it. *Inflammation: I have seen so much improvement with this & my lymphatic system with using the compression. -Cryo = I started with 2 min and now I'm at 3 min. I frequent the red light/halo therapy and cryotherapy with occasional compression therapy for my hips and legs. I have not had joint or back pain for more than 1-2 days since using these therapies. What used to take multiple visits to a chiropractor or physician with possible prescription medications required, has been solved with 1-2 sessions of cryo and compression. Since using red light, I'm noticing less fine lines and wrinkles on my face and less cellulite on the backs of my legs.
