The compression therapy itself was relaxing and something I will consider in the future especially for someone who is a Veteran and has disabilities. This place is amazing! I'm a stylist/Barber and my body needed this completely. I've tried the sauna, red light therapy, massage chair, and compression. I have yet to try cryo. Been coming here now for over a month and here are the things that I've noticed a difference in. -Compression, Redlight Therapy, & massage chair= *Pain on right hand is almost completely gone by using compression. And as a barber this caused such a setback & frustration because I can't afford time off to rest it. *Inflammation: I have seen so much improvement with this & my lymphatic system with using the compression. -Cryo = I started with 2 min and now I'm at 3 min.
